Umvc3 just had some great sound direction. You could hear the clang when the bullets hit Iron Man's armor. You could feel the force when the revolver wallbounced someone. Infinite is just a huge step down.
Dyne Mouchi well I disagree. In mvci you can hear Nova's and ironmans jets as they dash. Also Spencer's arm now makes a sound in anticipation before he activates his armor piecer move. As well as iron man's repulser bean. You can see and hear it charge within him before he shoots it.
I especially love the impact of certain supers causing the screen to shake, like Nemesis. Why did capcom and marvel have to fuck up so bad on Infinite?
Combofiend is just one guy who fucked up PR when put on the spot for X-men. Bunch of other idiots are responsible for the lacking sound design, voice direction, art direction, and roster. I wonder who would be the scapegoat if functiongate never happened.
in UMVC3 "It's all or nothing" sounds like a declaration in MVCI, if you happen to get that line when doing the super, it sounds like hes just mentioning it rather than declaring it
0:14 Has anyone noticed that in MvC: Infinite, Chris points his gun forward yet bullets go at a 45 degree angle? How does that work? At least MvC3 did get it right.
@@WalkingCowboy but then it was visual overkill and would make me feel sick. I don’t know if that’s everybody but that was my primary reason why I stopped playing MVCI after a week. No matter how I adjust my settings the visuals just were unpleasant
The *biggest* offender is easily his Sweep Combo. The obvious is the flares and flashes of the impacts of each shot landing being smaller and less vibrant. But also shadows that appear behind him when he fires his gun is gone. It’s super disappointing and looks not only more boring, but kind of weaker.
did any one notice (Umvc3) chris's pistol is actually leons, cause leon's default pistol is the 9mm handgun (the first pistol you get from the game) and chris's default pistol is the m92f (the first pistol you get from the game and what is always seen in the cut scenes.) and what Chris's holding is clearly leons pistol maybe at some point leon was actually in the game
They should have added his lewd sailor or the bondage one then I would have a reason to buy the DLC wave. Or that one ninja costume from RE for the DS because fan service.

if it did, it would've still failed, they should've just done the right choices with mvci, like NOT REMOVING HALF THE ROSTER SAYING "people don't like magneto because he's magneto, people like magneto because he has an 8 way air dash" the guy who said that should've been fired too
The mob mentality is in full effect for mvci 😂😂😂 smh. Some people honestly don't like it but others are just going along with the crowd. I asked a few people why they didn't like it and they really didn't expound on it. They said shit like it doesn't feel right or its just bad smh lol
The game is a huge downgrade from the 3rd one, like c'mon not lol, you don't need an explanation for that. Capcom has done shit like this numerous times.
