I think it's funny and today's world it depends on what state you're in to load on unload a wheelchair how old is driver put the wheelchair in was not the correct way the wheelchair was supposed to be sticking out or his front wasn't supposed to be sticking out as secondary driver or matron in this case was supposed to be waiting for him on top strange how rules and regulations different from state to state well that's how it is here in New York state it should be noted but if you put a electric wheelchair nose in depending on the company and or companies you can have a fine up to $500 and temporary loss of your 19a for 6 months
