The Baby's condition is not new and I have watched documentaries of women suffering from the same (I am not a doctor). If I got it right it is called Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder (PGAD). She can ask her doctor about it. As a firm believer, I also know without a doubt that God can heal that girl. Lets put more of our hope on God

The mother has passed through alot but she is a strong woman, she will go far, being HIV positive does not give a license that one will not make it, it's a condition like any other eg diabetes, hypertension. The mother needs counseling as well. Lastly the condition is called gratification disorder which is a differential diagnosis of epilepsy, so it will outgrow itself as the child grows up and its pretty normal , one thing for the mum because she might see this 'try to engage the child in other play activities so that she can redirect the attention in masturbatory activities. I am just curious if the doctors ever checked for Trichomonia infection. It's possible for the parasite to infect a newborn from their mothers. It causes alot of discomfort itchiness and if chronic can cause even more serious conditions in life. It's my hope that the doctors checked the urine sample of the child under a microscope and also did culture to rule out any form of infections. (I worked in a hospital lab and I have seen this parasites move in Urines). The fact that the child gets discharge shouts infection to me.
