@@SYXM2007 probably because it was easier for the animators to only animate one set of animations for the underbarrel attachments instead of multiple for each state of the gun they were attached to.
Probably because of time constraints. Infinity Ward had 3 years to make MWII so those animations were probably in the works for a while before they were implemented in MWII. Even then, with the way a lot of the MWIII inspects are they could just reuse a lot of those for empty inspects without having issues like MWII’s did at launch.

@@2.0H4rizon No but just keep on firing your weapon until your entire gun is empty like no reserved ammos in the weapon and you can't shoot it anymore and that's how you empty inspect a weapon
@@joody2016 I got it by going into a private match and go to game setup then scroll to gameplay then there you will see spawn ammo mags and you can put how many you like
