You talked me into buying this game. I was looking for a motocross game with good graphics. Man your review was right on. It's a tough game but because of this it's so rewarding when you learn it. The graphics are light years better than any other motocross game I've seen. It's really fun. My new favorite game behind forza 5
3 days into playing. What a tough game to learn. I'm getting better but slowly. It's got the best fun factor I've ever experienced. Reminds me of reflex years ago. Motocross games have always been the most fun I've had playing video games. This is definitely my new favorite game. It's extremely hard to master but so rewarding at the same time. I've been playing the time attack in Italy to learn the physics
I dunno. After 30h on mx bikes coming back to Mxgp i felt i cant just breeze through everything. Not That its A bad thing but i dont see this game extremely Hard. Its just A good thing because mx bikes is stupid to Master.. It takes too long to actually start enjoying the game.

@@MBF120 yeah, I’m using the clutch for the first time! You’re right about it. And I have made the switch to advanced. And I’ve also switched back to normal controls. I used to have my index fingers for accelerate/brake on R2/L2, while having gears on R1/L1. I also always pull back when going off a jump but didn’t know about the slingshot effect. So yeah, new things to practice. 👍😁
I'm not really sure how to use the clutch. Because in real life obviously it's a trigger so you can dose it, but in the game it's a button so you can't. How do you use it? Just tap it while going through the corner or hold it at some point?

If you have physics on then you should lean forward and ride the tank in corners. At least that’s how you would on a real dirt bike. Leaning backwards would make your turns wider because when you lean forward you put extra weight on the front tire which helps it dig in and give’s you that tight turning radius

Hey do you know if you can select a rider in mxgp like selected Jago Geerts and race as him in a race instead of using your own made preset and if so can you tell me how I have been trying figure out how to but I still don’t know how to lol
I’m looking for a motocross game and your channel is pretty good. Also, you seem to be better than most people that play these on RU-vid. I don’t want an ultra realistic CPU game like MX BIkES… but I like the idea using the clutch

I’m thinking of getting MXGP 20 for PS5 for $5.99…. But I really wanna fail berms on advanced physics. Can Xbox X play with us PS5 guys online? Edit: I play advanced physics on SX5 but… I don’t like that advanced physics makes the bike squirley if you don’t have your weight always on the rear
This really helped with my cornering around burns but I can’t get the hang of the clutch while turning bc I have small hands and I play claw on ps4 controller not xbox
I bought this game yesterday and I love it . It is my first motorbike game , but I’m really bad at this game , even if i set the AI on very easy I still not winning 😂 I hope your tips will help me 😂
I thought the same thing with Grand Turismo and eventually you get used to it. Once you know the track you’ll automatically know which gear is optimal for each turn. It’s going to feel weird at first just keep using it and it will be second nature. I used square for *upshift* and X *downshift* which work’s well for me on PlayStation but as long as you keep them close you should be fine
@@MBF120 ehh, i ended up deleting it just now, nothing makes sense about the game, i cant consistently hit berms or corners in general for that matter and that makes up most of the game. I usually catch on to things quick but i just cant wrap my head around this game, which sucks because the presentation is amazing. Edit: i ended up redownloading because im stubborn, but wanted to ask if you think it would be worth it to play MXGP3?

This game is pure crap as are all milestone games, you cant control the things and they get you so frustrated that you want to smash up stuff, buy mx vs atv legends because you can actually play and really enjoy that one but shame about the terrible sound of most bikes
I’m gonna buy mx after playing this game. I just wanted a fun game to play. This shit is way too hard to just casually enjoy. You have to really try in this game
nikka said pull both sticks back. LOL. Am I the only one playing on keyboard???? Using your body weight leaning back and pull back on handlebars at same time through whoops to grab more ground.
This game is sooo mf hard on all Manuel setting no assist holy shii have I never raged at a game so much I can’t even beat ai on easy that’s how horrible I am at corners an just turning without just falling like how u turn is crazy to me an trying to give gas while turning is impossible clutch tapping or not for me at least idk this game is so difficult
@@MBF120 Right but most of them are optional, and not the only way to get a competitive time. The only glitch I can think of other than this is the whip glitch in every game almost.
