SnapBack Greg! You definitely got my creative juices flowing. I love the lead gen aspect of this plan… lead gen makes my soul giddy but I haven’t had a way to really 10x how I’d make insane money with it besides the typical SEO/Rank&Rent way… my only hurdle would be to hammering down on a niche so I appreciate you for providing resources to help with that. I definitely need to hop into your SKOOL to help me piece this together. Can’t say thank you enough… you’re truly out here doing the Lord’s work!
Spot on. This is pretty much the process I've used with my business thus far. I'd just add, in-between 8, ask, and 9, launch. 8.5. Pre sell your product. Get people to shell out money before you build it. Really validates your idea if people are willing to pay before you build.
This is probably your best video so far. I love the "here is the goal, these are the exact steps" and the new tools and apps you're showing us. Make more of these types of videos
@@GregIsenberg you could lower the goals a bit. Maybe "$0 to $50k/mo - easiest and fastest way"- but I guess the method would be similar. Or present multiple ways to reach the same goal (step by step).
One of the biggest confusion in the online marketing world: You need to pick a market segment, not a niche! The term is applied totally wrong by the online folks! If everyone would lose time to find a niche, most of those would give up, because there is hardly any literal niche around. Market segments are where the riches are, certainly not in the niches with limited economies of scale. Besides that, I love your channel, continue the good work, Greg!
I'm just starting to invest and keep hearing mixed opinions on asset allocation. Some say ETFs and index funds offer great broad market exposure, but I’ve also heard they include underperforming stocks that could dilute returns from stronger performers. Since my goal is more about achieving financial independence than just retiring, I’m not sure if I should be more selective with my choices now, or if I’m just overthinking it
I’m nearing retirement myself, and I had similar concerns. I started investing later than most, and just relying on ETF compounding wasn’t cutting it for me either. After working with a financial advisor, I managed to restructure my investments and am now on track to retire with around $4 million. If I hadn’t sought advice, I doubt I’d be as confident in my plan right now
I usually steer clear of recommending specific people because financial needs are so personal. But I can say that working with Emily Ava Milligan has made a world of difference for me. I noticed her strategies are tailored to fit personal goals and make sense for different needs. It might be worth exploring to see if her approach resonates with you
In addition to gated content, consider creating interactive lead magnets like quizzes or surveys. These can boost engagement and provide personalized recommendations, making them even more enticing for your audience.
Never missing any video from you sir! I have been running software agency for last 3 years but was lacking necessary puzzle pieces to build and scale SaaS. Your content help me find it. Thank you and Soon, I will be there with you on one of your podcasts
This is gold. I’ve done this before minus the 250k impressions and $10 million dollars 😭 It’s A LOT of work though. I don’t think I’ve heard of anyone doing this without a team of at least 2 😅
If you want to build up ten million, just find a good niche, keep bringing in leads, reinvest your earnings wisely, and stay the course-steady effort pays off. That almost fit's on a t-shirt. ☕
Great video. This actually cleared up many questions I had from previous videos. Since picking the niche is the most important part, could you elaborate more on what criteria you are using to chose one? What's your thought process?
My man! You da bomb bro. I sure appreciate finding you and yours. You truly doing this on assist to the sheep huh? Hidden agenda notta (I think/hope) or no hot bod with kind rack 4 bulgy eye. When bottom dropin out? When you hittin lot of us with some click, click, boom bait? How u feel bout loan 2 new worshiper/subscriber who be hittin likey likey button on a schedule? I be here 4 U! U be here 4 me...10 large should be suffishy. Luv U long time. I DM my diggies upon confirm K? PEACE
I think you should attempt the 120 day challenge and actually put your blueprint to the test for your audience. Will be keen to see what the actual numbers would look like.
I really appreciate your disclaimer in the beginning that it is difficult to make the first (any dollar amount) in the beginning, and then going into detail how we can progressively scale our business to generate $10M in revenue. In your opinion, Greg, what is the biggest mistake to lookout for within your first 6 steps you have on your list?
Thanks for breaking this down, Greg. One thing that’s fuzzy for me is “buying leads”. Is this just advertising, or are you purchasing names and emails somehow?
He mentioned meta and sparkloop which are paid advertising and paid recommendations respectively. Also beehiiv has something similar to sparkloop if you are on that platform.
I’m going to take this advice to heart Greg! This will be my playbook. If you were to create content for a new Saas startup would you build a personal brand with your own name and use/ mention your Saas or would you create content as the business brand?
I used youtube summary chrome extension to get the transcript and asked claude to summarize everything for me. Later i had claude develop a checklist for my first 10 mil. And here I am, still broke af.
@@GregIsenberg Honestly Greg, this is amazing! I've come close to scaling before. Had membership sites, paying $30 a month which was rolling nicely with a back end, but I never knew the steps for reinvesting into paid. Seems so obvious, but I never managed it. And I worked with others to scale on Facebook (they funded it) but it never really worked for any length of time. Then I got hacked and lost 50,000 subs on here lol anyway, I really appreciate it and it will help so much with my comeback, so thank you so much. Mark. PS would love to see a deeper dive into niche research someday, that would be amazingly helpful.
@@GregIsenberg PS Not that you'd be this stupid, but I lost 50k subs in the blink of an eye on here, after responding to a possible advertising partnership. Very believable email. The second I clicked on the link in gmail, I was kicked out of all my gmail accounts and they proceeded to delete all my videos and that was that. Google's own internal policies mean that if your videos get deleted they will not retrieve them, and the hackers in my case knew that and I was killed instantly. Don't ever even click on email approaches like that, that's all I did. I checked out their website and bang!
Hey Greg , very good video ! I was wondering if I can help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and make Highly Engaging Thumbnails which will help your videos to get more views and engagement . Please let me know what do you think ?
Can you breakdown how a team of ONE can possibly accomplish several of the milestones listed here, or how to hire or recruit people to help with this? I’ve seen this pathway or something similar presented several times, but what I end up finding out is that the founder did it with a team of 70+ people. I’m genuinely curious. Is it better to start small and set a smaller goal or start out my assembling a team? I’m not cynical, but I don’t see how a one man team can even accomplish the 120 day milestone you mentioned. Or maybe I’m wrong?
@@GregIsenberg OK, great. I’ll take that has a challenge. But if you don’t mind me asking; what roles do you recommend outsourcing first while trying to hit these milestones?
I have 5 cats and want to do something around cat owner niche. Maybe something educational or product oriented. Not sure I could get someone to spend 300 yearly on cat education. Might need to be specialized food or supplement service. But I don’t need that much money! I’d be happy with 5-10k monthly. Any cat owners here have any ideas?
