As an investing enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?

There is a flaw in your growth rate calculation, each year's increase is compounding on the previous year's, so you have to do a multiplication rather than just adding them together. As an example for ATD, the correct calculation would be 1.25*1.2571*1.2727*1.25, which would give the total increase as just under 150%.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing. U are one of the few dividend investors who I have seen on RU-vid who likes Growth investing. I have a question for u. Why not just put everything into VFV? It performs so much better than dividend stocks/ETFs. As well, it already is diversified. Just curious on ur thoughts.

I think your math is wrong, you're missing the compounding effect in your calculations.

$100K + contribution on the TSFA ? How can it be it possible ? The contribution limit to TFSA is $95k

Bro, i am watching your video for the past 4 year I think. and something bothers me so much. I hate to give unnecessary advise. But the level of dedication you have in the saving, I really wish you chose cryoto over stocks. Just buy a crypto trading bot subscription and make around 1% daily. after 4 years you will have some crazy amount of money. The amount of time and energy you are giving on stock, compared to crypto output, its really nothing.
