This is my 1/18 supercar collection, PART 2!
I decided to make the video after many people asked me to make one about my diecast cars. After getting a few new models, people wanted me to make a new one! So here goes, it changes a bit from the 1st one, though! I started collecting miniature models about 3 years ago, and already have a pretty cool collection, in my opinion. So far, I have:
- Ferrari Enzo (red and yellow) [both Hothweels]
- Ferrari Enzo (black with greenish interior - Jay Kay edition) - [Hotwheels Elite]
- Ferrari F40 (red) [Hotwheels]
- Ferrari F50 (red, and yellow) [both Hotwheels]
- Ferrari 333 SP red [Hotwheels]
- Ferrari FXX Evoluzione, black [Hotwheels]
- Ferrari FXX - yellow with white racing stripe [Hotwheels]
- Ferrari FXX - light blue with dark blue racing stripe [Hotwheels]
- Ferrari 599XX #20 [Hotwheels]
- Ferrari 599XX #27 [Hotwheels]
- Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano [Hotwheels Elite]
- Lamborghini Murciélago - verde ithaca with white interior [Burago]
- Lamborghini LP670-4 SV - orange [NOREV] with customized plate, bought from Model Marque ( www.model-marqu... )
- Lamborghini LP670-4 SV - turquoise [AutoArt] "Al Thani" style. AutoArt.
- Lamborghini Aventador LP700 (Burago)
- Maserati MC12 - [Hotwheels Elite]
- McLaren F1 [AutoArt]
- Bugatti Veyron "Bleu Centenaire" (AutoArt)
- Pagani Zonda Cinque - [Mondo Motors]
- Porsche Carrera GT - yellow [AutoArt]
- Lamborghini Reventon - [Mondo Motors]
WHERE DO I BUY THEM? Mostly on E-bay or a german website called modellissimo. Simple as that.

I built up a small collection from a kid (which is hard on a child's budget). I always wanted a Veyron and McLaren F1. But now, I'm too old :(

That's why eBay is probably the best way to buy your 1/18 or 1/43 models! Not every country has a huge store haha. Of course, there are the shipping costs which can be high for south america, but then again, once you receive that package, you're just too happy ^^ - ALEX

I have that Aventador by burago but it's in black with silver rims. I actually commented on your last video telling you not to buy it because of the quality. But now I see you have collected a range of brands with different quality and it's cool. I'm jealous of you Autoart collection; they're hideously expensive :P

Yes I had seen it! But as much as quality isn't the best on those models, they look good from far! And I like to "watch over" my cars and look at them from time to time lol. I'm not SO crazy about high-end expensive and very detailed models. To me it's just something not everyone can afford, so I only do it for a few uncommon models :P - ALEX

Nice collection of spermodels sir,i think the Veyron Blue is a fine model indeed, i can imagine it would be one of the first pieces you'd rescue out of your house in case of fire (i know i would).Anyway cheers 2 you for a gr8 bunch of 1:18 works of art,mate!! PS:get this collection insured if U haven't already done that.Thx 4 the video i enjoyed it a lot,those showcases must be just awesome just sitting in front of 'em ,watching admiring dreaming hours on end :-) salut Alex

Amazing colletion! In Argentina its too difficult found some supercar, just Audi R8, Reventon and Gallardo. Its very very expensive too. I love burago, i have a big colletion of 1/43. Greetings from Argentina

Nice collection :) But also focusing on only "supercars" is also out of hands ( my private opinion), there are a lot of nice supercars in diecast ! :) btw Bugatti is really marvelous..

Well, because as you stated, I had already spent quite a lot on the F1 and Veyron lol. I'd rather spend a bit more on "uncommon" models that only exist with a specific brand than on models you can find on lots of different brands. But then again, that's just my opinion and it was a choice! Kind of like my Ferrari. As much as I love the Enzo, I don't know if I'll ever buy a BBR or Kyosho one. Maybe one day... - ALEX

I really enjoyed both your reviews I particularly appreciate the personal approach in the way you choose what to buy and when to buy it , including your given mood on a particular day.......The fact that your also not locked in to 1 manufacturer your scope allows you to buy what pleases you based on your own levels of acceptability .An example being the Merc GTR CLK AMG, in that case your desire to have one, and tho its rarity superceded its mediocrity of build finesse .The main DRIVE to own it (no pun intended....er um, BULLSQUAT) was that you always loved it ,from when you were just a kid !! I can respect that . At least 85% of what I buy is because of some life connection I've had in some way to a car , or bike. That's what stirs the memories, and for me ,that plays a big roll in collecting.....Although with the number of cars I have, I wish I'd had fewer memories ! THAT DOES IT Thanks , looking forward to more car picks !

What other models would you like or are you planning to add? How many cost one of them? I was thinking about what you should buy for your collection but you're right there're so many good things to buy :S

I also have been collecting for years until I got married and had triplet kids then I had to slow down (had little budget for that). I have quite a few Merc GTR CLK AMG and Porsche F1 etc and some rare old Bugatti, rare old Mercedes Benz including the one used by the Japanese emperor. Now I do not know what I am going to do with them now that my kids turned 18 and they are not interested! If you want to see some of my collection go to Aaron Autowerk in Phoenix, Oregon!

Hey ALEX....I'm a fellow Supercar 1:18 Diecast collector too. I'm Rob. You spent quite a bit on those two models the F1 and the blue Veyron. Why didn't you spent more on the AVENTADOR and got you a nice detailed AUTOart instead of Burago?

I personally collect cars I like, or that are cool. Honestly if I focused on super cars, I'd probably spend thousands getting those highly detailed lambos for $250 each. Right now I have a 599 gto(from Ferrari store), Lamborghini gallardo, Toyota Matrix, Nissan GT-R, and a mustang gt. I'm getting a Jeep Wrangler and a corvette tomorrow.

All AUTOart and Kyosho models have carpeted foot areas. Some models even have alcantara look alike components or even real leather seats(CL & S63 AMG's)

Get ready to save ALOT of money, 'cause that is expensive.. my cousin had a BAJA Buggy.. bought it for 600 euro's.. (running on Nitro Gas) and when the time came, he had to buy stuff with it, which got up to about 150 euros.. so Good Luck and hope you work alot XD

My dad has a Ferrari Collection and I have a Porsche Collection (stopped right now because WE don't have room anymore in the house XD) We had over 500 modelcars and sold quite a lot..) 1 question? The Ferrari you have at 0:43 is a Ferrari 333/SP right ? something like that..

But then again, they didn't all have my luck to live abroad in an english-speaking country, so I guess that's my excuse! As for the real supercar well... it will have to wait a bit I fear haha! AutoART has the best build quality and attentuon to detail. Maisto is the best budget brand. Hotwheels Elite is the only one that can build Ferraris that are good but not crazy expensive.
