I LOVE being able to wear my clothes year round. And worth having a family and bills, you know adulting 🙄, I need my clothes to go for as long as possible. Thirfting, upcycling, (clearance racks) is where I live. Maximizing my wardrobe is my jam!!! Lol!!!
I have a 1930s bias cut silky rayon slip that I never get to wear. Totally going to try some of these ideas for styling it. I'm always amazed at how warm silk is when it's layered with silk. I wore a long silk dress and silk pajama jacket out in Minnesota in March and it was very much below freezing and I was too warm most of the night.

This was pretty handy for you styling of silk garments. But for me for some kind of reason I always think of silk as a Fall/Winter fabric because it can become uncomfortable in humid heat. Now the formulation could have change for silk since the 70s and 80s but if not it not a fabric I want to sweat in. Like the styling that you have shown here but everything looks cute on you so no surprises here. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.
So glad I found your channel you just taught me how to think outside he box with my wardrobe. I’m gonna use all the slip dresses as skirts and try more layering pieces. I feel like I’m always either in workout. Clothes or jeans and a t shirt or top. I needed this today!

Oh my gosh that purse was gorgeous! I don’t wear purses though. I will have to keep it in mind for a future present for my sister. If you ever make a mini backpack with that same weave style I will jump on purchasing for sure!
