It has been about a year, may be a few days more or less or may be right on spot since I decided started to learn a back flip. I had about 2 years before, I started my tricking journey, attempted a few back flips into a pool when I was younger and the year after attempted what I think were hugely under rotated gainers into a pool of a diving board. I just thought oh it's like a backroll. I have no idea how I did this. I doubt when I decided to learn to back flip that I would be able to throw a back flip into a pool again. After a very long time I finally got over the fear fully. Like 5 months of trying almost everyday. Eventually once I got the motion down, my younger brother occasionally would spot me so that I got a the feel of landing it on ground. Took me around 8 months to land them consistently. I although I had an extremely slow start by the end of the 2 months I was able to do flips I never ever even began to think about attempting! Then I slowly progressed to other flips. My flips began improving rapidly on the last 2 months. Particularly the last one. Can't believe I can cork and full on ground, considering just a few months ago I could barely backflip! Flips learned this year: (not all of them made them into the video) backflip, frontflip, sideflip, Webster, Webster Sideflip, standing arabian, round off backflip, round off arabian, cart front, cartfull, standing flash, wallflip, wallflash, standing full, cork, a-twist, b-twist, j step backflip, gainer flash, standing frontflips, standing sideflips sorta, If you would like any tips please feel free to comment down below so you can learn faster then me, which is probably pretty easy LOL! Or if you are experienced if you have any tips I would be happy to hear them. I hope you enjoy.
