Madeline Millers books are definitely at the top of my tbr! Especially since she is writing a Hades and Persephone retelling which is MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! So excited!!
I read the final book in the "good girls to murder" series because it was in the goodreads awards. It was so good now I need to go back and read the rest of the series
My 10 ten fav books last year would probably be (no particular order) 1. Henna artist 2. Yolk 3. One last stop 4. An ember in the ashes 5. Unfinished 6. The secret keeper of Jaipur 7. As good as dead (the whole series) 8. The box in the woods (the whole series) 9. Tokyo every after 10. Last night at the telegraph club My honorable ones is: Serpent & dove series
14:20 Omg you're right. We're juniors and most of our college life has been online. I start classes next week, I'm a commuter, and I have no friends on campus. I'm about to be lonely af. Maybe I should pick up this book to make me feel better 😭🤣
Heard of Finlay Donovan from one of your previous vidoes and LOVED IT. Gave me the same vibe as the Stephanie Plum series. Basically read it on one sitting while traveling and experiencing hella delays.
Awesome video! I finally read Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom recently, and they are definitely new favorites! I fell in love with them! They're going to be in my video of 2021 Favorites. (I've become kind of obsessed with the books and the Shadow and Bone TV show. I reference it quite often, annoying both my mom and best friend, lol.) No Mourners, No Funerals.
Since you liked It Goes like This I highly recommend The Brightsiders by Jen Wilde! I read it this year and I absolutely loved it and I wish more people would read it.
Hi Peyton, Loved this video! Have you read The Cost of Knowing by Britney Morris? It’s the same author that wrote Slay and it is such a good book. I could not put it down! It’s a very raw story about a black teen going through life after his parents die. There is a bit of a fantasy element with it to as he can see the future with everything he touches. Super good book!
Get a Life, Chloe Brown was a amazing! Really made me get into romance books and loved the chronic pain rep as person who has it, too. And my next two reads are going to be The Song of Achilles and Finlay Donovan is Killing It. I can't wait to read those.
It’s such a great romance that also dives into topics such as Chloe’s chronic illness and Red’s past abusive relationship. It was so well done! And oooh I hope you love those two books so much! You’ll have to let me know!
That definitely is crazy😂but that's also awesome. I want to have that many, maybe more. I wanna have a room one day that's just a library, and that also has a place for me to film my videos😁😅THAT would be awesome.
