I love this dude. He really inspired me to get out of my comfort zone with his, “I water fasted for 10 days video”. I fasted 39 hours to kick start my journey to my greatness and since then I have been fasting for 20-22hours daily. I am no longer controlled by food and currently am doing a 24hr fast. My hunger signals have been reset and am very energetic throughout the day before I break my fast. Am working towards a three day fast and hopefully a 7-10day fast one day soon. To premise all this I do have a lot of weight to cut so my body is loving this since I get to tap into all the fat I had accumulated lol. Anyway, keep doing this you’re inspiring a lot of people out here. I realized my body is amazing. I can’t wait to meet me again.

The biggest reason I cannot do most of what you do is the lack of company or people with same enthusiasm for adventure. Fitness is definitely important which can be worked on. But good company is really key. Alone is not as nice. Would have been awesome to have a few Unlazy-people to do some crazy and memorable things!

Great Video! You can do far cheaper things in Nepal, like doing the Evereset Base Camp Trek, or climbing the lower peaks in the region, like Island Peak and such.

Just ran my first 50K race, with around 1250m or 4000ft of elevation. I'd have to do that same 3 loop course about 6 more times to complete project everest...no thanks haha!
