The world wide web is always mean. Your doing everything right, don't let the negative people stress you. Try to roll it off your shoulders.your plants and your cat look mighty healthy and happy to me :) your place is stunning. With such a peaceful zen going on, it's just my jam. First video I've seen, had to subscribe:)
All my plants are in closed system glass vessels and are thriving. F the haters who cares if u plant with or without drainage?! They’re freaking plants-that we buy with our own money
Aww thank you so much for your sweet support and positivity! I definitely recommend the rattan round shelf for plants, it's so fun to wrap the vines around!! I am with you on nursery pots hidden inside pretty pots, that is the way to go! ❤
I'm so sorry the mean side of this community jumped on you so bad, it's uncalled for. Your collection is stunning and if your plants make you happy that's all that matters. I've been criticized just for trying to ask a question about a plant I'm struggling with; mostly shaming me for not knowing everything about my plant already. It still surprises me how judgemental and arrogant a plant community can be😔
Hii, i just wanted to say that the plant on top of your ikea shelfs that you called a monstera is actually a Raphidophora Tetrasperma!!!! I do understand why people call it that but yeah.. i love to see how passionated you are though!!
This was so fun! I was wondering if you'd already done a plant tour or not so this was so fun to see!! I'm sorry the plant community was so mean to you in the past lol that is so weird. Like, it's cool to be passionate about plants but do you really need to be mean about it?! I can tell you're an excellent plant mother and that all your babies are very happy under your care! 🌱🪴🌵💖
Thank you so much!!! I've been wanting to film one ever since I moved in, so it was a must! The plant community is insane lmao everyone just assumes that they take care of plants better than you? i have no idea lol
4 cats and they are plant eaters so my plants live cramped in a bathroom but its dark ontario anyway so. who cares what ppl think, if ur happy then do you.
Darwin. Don’t eat the plants and there is no problem. People seem to do WAY too much. Do you monitor everything your cat gets into outside? What’s that? Cat is never allowed outside? 😂 People need to stop. Very nice house! congratulations
One of the best plant tours I've seen, such a beautiful collection dn beautiful home. I will have to watch it again as I was distracted by your gorgeous furbaby!! ❤😂 So cute!! I have 3 kids, 4 dogs and a cat and they all live in harmony with my plants ❤
thank you, peggy!! i definitely vlogged the repotting in my recent videos! ❤ it's always so fun to look back on and see how small the plants once were!
You have a beautiful house❤, love your plants and cats. My cats like to chew my plants :( i am trying training to not play with them... lets see if i succeed 😂 thank you for 2😊
I am a plant collector with 132 plants in my collection. Including 8 varieties of snake plants. I love your beautiful collection and I am a new subscriber to your channel. Just a fyi, the plant you called a satin pothos is not a pothos, it is a Scindapsus argerious, possibly a 'Silver lady'. And what you are calling zebra aloe are really zebra haworthias. It is a string of bananas. Someone already corrected the Raphidophora tetrasperma. The last plant downstairs looked like a string of buttons, definitely not a donkey tail. What you called a calathea is a Maranta. I hope you don't take offense with my corrections, I mean no disrespect. I have been caring for house plants for 50+ years and just because you may do things differently than I do, it doesn't mean you are doing it wrong. I have learned so much about plant care from my mistakes, a lot of it is trial and error. I am very envious, I wish my cats would leave my plants alone! But they are nibblers, so all toxic plants must be put up out of their reach. I also envy your lighting, so great for plants. Keep enjoying your hobby and sharing your plant journey with us.
So happy I found your channel, you’ve given me many ideas to display my plants, I am a new plant Mom so this is great to show me how to be intentional about my purchases. Thank you.
You are so sweet! And wayy better then me because I would not of had to patience to justify the way I do things to strangers! Your plants are lovely and I saw not a flaw 💕
Who cares what anyone think in life your going to have bad and good people okay and sometimes u have to outshine the bad they hate it and its just a waste of time being around negative people its a nothing and just do what makes u happy even if its family or friends take care of yourself ur doing great in life .and nobody in this world is perfect u carry light and it bothers people who do t have that shine
I have a kitty who will eat any plant I bring in. I'm an outdoor gardener and that makes me happy, but I'd love to have my houseplant jungle back again. Yours are so lovely!
Thank you so much! I highly recommend wall shelves or places out of reach for a kitty (I know that is almost impossible knowing cats haha) to start with! ❤
So I am a plant mom like you and want to get a cat but I’m worried my cat will eat the plants and get sick. What has been your experience having cats and being a plant mom ? Also your whole apartment is my dream
My cats really don't notice the plants! But I keep a lot of them out of reach, so I'd just recommend high spots or hanging plants, and avoid lillies as those are super poisonous to kitties!
my fittonioas are little drama queens for sure lol they get almost twice as much water than my other plants! but thank you! that is such a compliment ❤
Love this, such amazing plants, pots and happy chunky cats! You have a sun close to the full length mirror that I would live to know where you purchased.Tfs❤
thank you jazz!!! I usually do a big watering day once a week (usually on the weekends) but I'll water the plants that require more water/dry out more sometime midweek - the drama queen ones definitely let me know with a quick dramatic droop! 😂
