I think your kitchen is great laid out in an L shape. What about putting some wallpaper (maybe delicate colors) on the wall to the right of your bed? Also maybe a framed picture or series of pictures. It's amazing how little space we can live in. I am thinking of buying an apt this size, 12 m squared so I looked up what others look like and found yours! Looks great! Best wishes and thanks! Keep us posted with any updates you make or storage pieces that change your life!
Thank you for sharing your apartment in HK. This is definitely good compared to other 130 SQFT apartments, clean apartment and modern is definitely a must on my list. I agree, it is tiny but that's Asia and the expensive real estate and market property prices. I'll be shocked if you have to pay over 5000HKD per month but at the same time, I won't be surprised too because it's in the city and it's HK. I've heard other people's renting situations and surprised when I am comparing it their work hours, annual salary and work/life balance. People in HK are too hardworking, but it has its pros and cons. Anyhow, thank you for the tour :)
THanks for the video! YOu are really an encouragement. Where is your 1. Washing machine? 2. Place to hang clothes? 3. Fridge? All these are essential items :)
I'm your 20th subbie 😘☺️ i feel like we kinda had the same size of apartment. And i like how organized yours compared to mine 🤣 i just prefer small apartments honestly since it's easier to clean when it gets messy 😅
Nice apartment The bed space is big and idle, I would advise if you can change it and have a double deck bed with cabinet on the bottom that way you can have more storage space
I was just about to suggest the same. We have this in Ikea that has a double deck that would allow option for lower space as a office space, please check it out.
Nice video! My apartment is also very small, i want bigger one but... after watcing your vid i feel like i'm not the only one)) mine is 19m with a balcony and i thought it is too small) But now i understand that even small one will look great if you can reorganise things in it and decorate it.
My 460 sq ft studio apartment in Midtown Toronto is considered small by North American standards. This apartment would give really give me anxiety. She probably can't even take 5 steps inside. I have a feeling her rent is more than mine per square feet.
Wah baru kali ini aku lihat review apartemen di Hong Kong dan vlogernya orang Indonesia.. Salam kenal kak, mau ke Hong Kong tahun ini gagal total huhuhuu
I don't see what is gross with a wet bath: it's a very clever use of space where you can have a shower and a toilet in a very small place. I love induction stove but the cookware is much expensive than other stoves.
I've lived in places with these in the Netherlands, not even really tiny places as there was a separate kitchen, living room and bedroom, as well as a backyard. They're great as you can clean the whole bathroom/toilet top to bottom in about 2 minutes, using the shower head. Very practical.
I live in Jakarta. I bought a 23 sqm apartment and converted it into my office / studio. Growing up in Los Angeles I know what paying high rent is like. The money to *own* my new place ... well let's just say don't forget to invest in property back home lololol
hey! it was 9500 hkd a month and it includes electricity, water, wifi, gym pass etc, it was also fully furnished when i got it so that explains the hefty price tag. but i bet with the current situation and if u opt for no furnished places, u might be able to get a cheaper deal! there is a shared washing machine but i air dry my clothes in my room :(
Nice room You are good housekeeper. When you go back to Jakarta, you can be a 250sf affordable luxury furnished lifestyle apartment real estate developer. 🤣
I like your video and you being positive about this tiny space, but I hate the space. I live in a small apartment, and my apartment is big considering that there's something like your "apartment". Huh...

@@ranoufivex i converted 9500 hkd to philippine peso and that is ridiculously expensive, wow! hongkong is scary. Though i will copy the room design for my house design, i'm planning to build half bamboo half concrete home. Damn! that much money for an apartment almost the same size as my room, mind blowing really.
