I had a set of Badlands on my Kraton 6S, and the hexes rounded out almost instantly, on a 6S truck with the stock motor! Pro Line have definitely had a massive decrease in quality since a few years ago. TBH I also run Hoosier Angle Blocks on my Wingless Bandit oval car, and they’re great for racing, so at least they’re doing something right.

Just like in real cars, tires are a weak link. Except I think it’s worse for RC cars. The rpm of the tires and wheel are just so high. The centrifuge forces are huge, plus when you lift a wheel, or lose traction it spins even faster. 12s is definitely pushing the limits of all the RC technology 😂
Team Thunder ... give the new tire brand from Amain a try. It's called UpGrade RC. I don't think they have a belted so far ... but the tires are supposedly tough.
How long do the diff ring and pinion gears last in that thing there wear able item for any RC but 12s must kill diffs 6s kills diffs in my xmaxx had to upgraded to vitavon and they only last a year before being toast

@@ErikKoenig-fv3nr I can afford one but I won't, pinion/spur is trash, the esc can explode, bearings can explode, tires can explode, the servo also, and the rear carrier can break easily I think. Plus I wish it was even bigger, it's not that fast for his size, and the graphics on the body look way better on the older versions... It's just not a good truck. Fragile, slow, ugly
