Another great video. I come here when my art block hits. I owe you a debt of gratitude. When life gets me down I spend the evening making art with a friend. My 3 favorite books are: - The Art of Anne Stokes by Anne Stokes - Beyond the Horizon by John Harris - Great Fighter Jets of the Galaxy 1 by Tim Gibson
There are so many beautiful artbooks from asia (specially Japan) I'd like to get but where I live, shipping costs a lot and you must pay custom fees for buying books from asia.😑
That's so cool seeing comic spectrums book on here cause theyve been a big inspiration to me for a while. This might be the final push I need to get one of their art books 👀
that plush is absolutely adorable! I wish I lived in a different country, I'd definetely want one :'( (I live in Brazil, and due to currency conversion and shipping rates, the price ends up being waaaay too high) ok, gonna watch the video now!! thanks for sharing! uwu
Hello Sonia, congrats on reaching and exceeding your target in your Mila campaign, just stopping by your comment section today as i noticed you weren't all that familiar with how to approach Pareidolia idk if this has changed in the proceeding 10 months but i thought you might be interested to know that besides being a pretty sounding word fit for a visual arts tomb its meaning is equally suited to the role. it describes the tendency we have to perceive a specific, often meaningful image in a random or ambiguous visual pattern. like perceiving faces or figures in cars, trees or clouds. i'm not sure if describing how i get my head around the sounds to be very helpful of accurate so i'll leave it there. i think that might of been my favorite of the bunch though i really liked Claire wendling's work as well. a another word with very similar roots but an altogether different sound is apophenia. until next time 🌊
