I’m always amazed at how frequently joel uploads grind-y hardcore videos despite also being part of two *huge* ongoing SMPs. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication! Jeremy thanks you 🙏
@@misterscottinthewaywhile that's true, since crops are a trade that's actually quite useful despite it being manual. He also uses it in some blocks that he uses.
joel your use of so many different contrasting colors in your builds is so inspiring to me. i think you have gotten so much more artful with each base you build. genuinely SO cool and interesting. also i enjoyed being walked through the process! not everything has to be a time lapse :D
It’s to the point where it doesn’t even look like it took effort- it just looks like it was always meant to look like that. It looks very natural, if that makes sense ?
By far my favorite thing about Joel’s builds are just all the colors and different varieties of blocks he uses. I mean, who else can make NETHERRACK of all things work?!
I love that you still show the days so we can see how long a project actually takes :) it's hard to picture the time lapsed when someone just says it so seeing it matched up like that is really interesting
The dedication put into this, constant grinding of just picking up blocks and then not only making it look just beautifully united. I wouldn't have thought these different blocks would work so good together
Was having a really crappy day, then I logged on and saw bot Joel and Lizzy posted! I instantly felt better, thank you both for being apart of my childhood
Alright, I'm back. I saw this episode a bit through and watched your whole series up to this point. Very rarely do I do that. The thing that drew me in was your attention to detail and your willingness to make sure none of the ugly, clunky, minecraft-y farms looked bad. All beautiful buildings with lots of potential inside. Exactly what I want my worlds and bases to look like. Keep going and don't die I swear to God, dude
I love how you take us with you while building! The timelapses are really satisfying, but seeing you explain while building was so interesting and fun to watch. Thank you Joel!
I love all the different palettes and colours used in you builds! Can't wait to see how u use the cherry blossom and bamboo blocks when 1.20 is released! Amazing video as always Joel!
I liked how you walked us through the building of your storage room it was really cool to see all the different blocks you used that maybe you don't typically think of in builds. Love it!
I liked the walking through of the building plans! It gave a lot more explanation to why you do what you do, and gave me a lot more ideas i think than if it'd just been another timelapse (not that I don't also like those!).
I really enjoyed the non-timelapse episode! It is fun watching a timelapse but I think I definitely got more out of the building process by watching you walk us through it :)
This is gorgeous! I love the dark oak with the mangrove and the greenery! Nice pallet you worked with! You have such a go big or go home attitude with your builds that I love!
‘I’m terrible at hard core Minecraft’ proceeds to show us his villagers, mega builds, diamond enchanted armour, +tools, anddd elytra, AND HE GETS NETHERITE TOO!?
9:11 reminds me of that time when it took good 30seconds to get out of "why crafting table does not open when I click" panic only to realise I was spamclicking bookshelf 😅
I liked the different format of this video! It’s nice to see more of your thought process and I loved the interior you did. Especially the ceiling. That’s a really pretty ceiling.
This is a very interesting and deep comment so with all due respect unless you have a minute then you might as well not read this. Joel is a kind hearted RU-vidr, funny, hard working and especially smart and talented, we do not think about the amount of time spent on worlds and servers and he deserves all the love and respect he gets ( Joel is amusing and will always be a nice kind amusing guy who can do anything just for people to have content ) - to Joel ❤
Joel, you are my favorite MC builder and content creator because of videos like this! You work so hard and continually keep things fun and interesting! I am sure it is very exhausting work constantly designing, editing, and grinding materials all of the time, but I super appreciate your style, humor, and art! I know you hate interiors, but this is stunning as always and brings so much life and story to your builds! I love that you used so many different glazed terracotta and blocks others typical never would use. Pearl and Scar would be so proud!
Dye your shulker boxes to green so they won't be noticable when you start your shulker mess. I love the interior of the storage room! The use of glazed terracotta is so good and I love all the mangrove.
