My 2019 Classic Tetris CTWC Trip Day 2
Here it is, the second episode of my trip to the 2019 Classic Tetris World Championships. I'm super glad that I was able to get footage of this tournament because I think it will be a great representation of what it's like being there in real life. In this episode we will be heading back over to the Portland Retro Gaming Expo for Day 2 of the CTWC! I will be attempting my qualifying for the tournament, and once that is done they will get started on round 0 to see who will be in the top 32 bracket for the final day.
I will be trying to upload some other content in between the making of the CTWC day 3, so please be patient. I know that with all of the amazing things that happened on Day 3 of the CTWC, it will make for a great video and will take me a while to make.

Thanks Myles, I really appreciate that. It becomes more tedious with the copy and pasting with long render times that the green screen segments are, but I'm glad that you guys enjoy it in the end!

Glad you got insider's footage of the CTWC. I'm glad you got footage of the side stations, I wanted to see what Vandweller and Heather were seeing during their commentary. Also, that little girl was adorable shouting Boom! after every Tetris.

I'm glad that you enjoyed the footage, it was really cool capturing all of the different moments in a behind the scenes kind of fashion. I really can't wait for the next year so I can get some more, and even better footage of the tournament and maybe some vlog style interviews with people.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the series so far, and it was so much fun being there in real life, no matter if I qualified or not! It's also just so much fun being able to look back at these videos and reminisce. There will be a part 3, it's just taking a while to get started up with lots of other things taking up my schedule. It's really awesome that you, and others in the community, have expressed interest in seeing the final day, I appreciate that a lot! Have a happy holidays!

Thanks dude, I was just super nervous standing around these amazing people and actually didn't get a lot of footage that I wish I could've captured. Hopefully next year I'll be less nervous and get some more types of vlog footage!

For sure, with all the steep competition it is a real variable what next years qualifying score will have to be, but I hope to practice even harder to get a fairly high score. I'm glad that you enjoyed the video!

Totally agree on the tediousness of the lines. Having bad back issues I was focused more on my aching back vs my gameplay. Really hated not making the top 48 :(
