You're so right that there are things that are definately out of our control when we travel. When I was coming back from my EF trip to Japan, our first flight was delayed, an employee told me the wrong terminal to go to, and the lines were super long at ORD, and a comnination of those things caused me to miss my connecting flight home, which was the last one of the evening, so I ended up sleeping overnight at the airport. I could have gotten a hotel, but honestly, I didn't feel like clearing security again, or only spending a few hours in the hotel before I had to be right back at the airport. My bag had made it into the flight, and thankfully was waiting for me at my home airport. As far as videos, I would love to see more review/comparison/experience videos on things like hardshell vs soft shelled luggages, particular airlines, favorite airport hubs, passport covers or no, evolving thoughts on solo vs group travels, side hustles to help fund your trips, types of tourists you encounter, etc. I think there's a lot you could cover!

Love your channel and am excited to see your next adventures! Would you ever make a video going over all the different countries you've traveled to? I'm intrigued by your map and all the stars haha :)

Hello! Thank you for your kind comment. You actually just inspired me to make a video on the topic of all my different countries visited and the map behind me so thank you! 😆

Hi Katherine. That lost luggage and booking an extra night sounded like a pain. And I don't blame you for being exhausted after multiple back to back EF trips, and in 3 different time zones no less! I also know the struggle of the job hunt, too, so you're definitely not alone. I've been watching your videos since I saw your EF review a week back, and I'm very interested in group trips, is your content is really great. Toss up between G Adventures, Intrepid and EF Ultimate Break thanks to reviewers like you 👍. Definitely more interested in group tour companies since I haven't been on a trip in a while and I'm not a seasoned traveler (live in MTL, only travelled to East Coast Canada and U.S.). You could do some lifestyle videos with a travel twist. So if you're still in Seattle or living in D.C. you could have a video on "Best parks to visit in D.C." or "Best day trips from Seattle". There's also topics such as flight tips for groups trips or even food. You could have a series like "Kate's Best Bites", where you just go over food and travel from a certain city/region/country. Even cooking while traveling, which is something people with food conditions or allergies (like me) are concerned about, is often overlooked. Keep up the awesome work!

Thank you so much for your kindness and for reaffirming my struggles while traveling!! 😂 Those are some really great ideas and often times we forget how much our hometowns can offer! I also love food and eating so I can talk more about the cuisines of different places I’ve been to. Thank you so much for the ideas, as I am looking to see how to incorporate lifestyle video content into my travel niche!
