Welcome to my 2024 desk setup tour, where I've been finding my zen, focusing on my daily rituals, and stressing less about goals. Here is where I channel my creativity, and find inspiration. A clean space, leads to a clean mind.
Flow is positive. Flow is when you are focusing on something at hand, with zero distractions. Where the ideas & creativity flow naturally, and things aren't stagnant.
So, what gives you flow? And what allows you to enter your flow?

Hi Maisy good morning 😃🌞☀️ I just woke up and I just had my morning coffee ☕️ today I am spending time with my auntie Heather today and I always love making coffee ☕️ at her lake house her espresso machine is really easy to use I even made a iced latte and it tasted delicious 😋 today I am probably going to make a iced latte at her house again since summer is here ❤😊

Just a tip - get the black version of that mouse. White ones discolour with time (you can see yellowing). Logitech replaced mine for black and had no issues :) And yes, I'm super clean.

Hi Maisy I just got home from being out in the community I did my yoga class and then ate lunch and then I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to get a iced coffee I went to the mall before my yoga class and then I came home 🏡 I feel really good after yoga 🧘 and I feel more zen and I did some work while I was at Dunkin’ Donuts I wrote stuff in my planner and did a journal prompt ❤I am going to work tomorrow and I am going to have a positive attitude and I am probably going to write in my journal about my work day 😊 and I am going to spend time with my auntie Heather on Friday and we are working on our cards for our business ❤😊

All the items you use are perfect, I love your style. My favourite is the hardcover notebook you use to jot down your thoughts, but I can't find it or a similar one anywhere; I'd love to keep it bedside for writing something positive before going to bed

Such a unique setup, the colours alone make me so happy. I'm too attached to my black/white setup theme but I aspire to have a wood themed setup somewhere in my house in the future. fantastic video :)
