My 2024 Daily Trainer Top Pick: Mizuno Neo Vista 

I bought this shoe and it is amazing. However, after 300k the outsole is gone. I have the Nike Invinvible Run 3 with more than 1000 and it will last at least more 500k. Mizuno should definitely make the outsole more resistent for sure. Love your videos ❤🎉

I looooove my Neo Vista for my Easy and Recovey Runs, my feet feel soooo good after every training.

I just did a 12k run in mine over compacted beach sand, coastal rutted path, road and woodland trails and 133m elevation gain. Still amazed how well they are protecting my sore shins and how quickly my heart rate recovers when I’m finished. Like you I managed to up the pace at the end finishing off at 5k pace, defies logic for such a soft midsole

Definitely soft, bouncy, and rockered. Lately, I find myself gravitating towards smaller shoes that let me turn over my feet quicker.

How does it compare to Adizero SL2?

I picked up this shoe a short while back and I'm really enjoying it as well. It's just a lot of fun to run in. It's soft but doesn't feel like it's sapping your energy like some other soft shoes. I find the fit very nice too.....and I usually like a nice wide toe box. While this one isn't super wide, the stretch of the upper allows for a nice fit. I swapped out the laces for some lock laces which I do in a lot of my shoes. Makes for a nice easy slip on/off. Glad you're enjoying them too!

I've heard sooo much about the Neo Vista, I definitely will try it. However, on a lighter note, I think shoe companies should be made to mandatorily make shoes in an all black color way for those who would like to remain under the radar when they feel certain models aren't ascetically pleasing lol.

Bought this 2 months ago as replacement for my OG Superblast as my long run shoes. (almost 600km++ for my Second pair of SB1) 133KM done in this shoes. Yes, it's soft but have some lag of bounce. I'm trying to love this shoes. But, it's failed. One big problem for me is durability. The outsole durability is so bad. Because muzino labeling as daily or super "trainer", i expect 300 up to 500km or more for "trainer". At my highway area, it's already gone just for 100km++. And now, it's hella slippery at just Slightly wet condition. The midsole is getting too soft for picking up the pace. Suited me for below 7km/min Loosing the bounce like what i remembered when i got this for my first run. Now, it's just soft. Really2 small bounce left, just after 133km? For me, it's crazy. And, it's unstable. Maybe just because too soft midsole? Idk. That's what i feel. And thanks god, i bought the Superblast 2, 3 weeks ago. After 65km, SB2 already brakein. And, yes. For me, SB2 is way way better shoes than Neo Vista. It's softer than previous model, it's bouncier, it's more breathable, great stability, and no sign of wearing after 65km at the outsole. Lighter than neo vista. It's feel like SB2 made for me. It's suited me perfectly. So, i retired Mizuni Neo Vista just after 133KM. Fastest Retirement so far. 😔

I can’t disagree with you because I have not tried that shoe. I do have a suggestion though. Try the 361 Eleos. I just got the shoe, and I absolutely love it! It’s my first 361 shoe ever, but I can tell you that this shoe is special!

I have the NEOs and when my legs are fresh they are great even for intervals (I’m not very fast). I do prefer NB More V5 for long runs because of the added stability.

I have the pro 2. What a great shoe for speedy sessions. May be I’ll buy the Neovista later on but I already have the Saucony Hurricane 24 just arrived and I want to give it some kilometers before changing.

I think BITR may have confirmed your secret project in their latest podcast 😀 Not sure I agree with daily trainers having plates, it’s not good to train all of the time in plated shoes. But I did enjoy the review though, keep up the good work! 👍
