i started with no resolutions this year, and so far all I want is to eat better, move more and gain confidence back. I also want to change the way i talk about myself cause I noticed I can be my biggest bully
Love all of these and agree. This year my in is putting myself first more often. I always put everyone else’s wants and needs first and I’m tired of it.
Last year I spent an entire year being purposely and consciously single after a series of unhealthy and abusive relationships. This year I'm taking myself on a date every month :)
Great that you focusing on your well being in every sense of the word. I'm continuing to focus on my health, long walks, reading and daily journaling started 2yrs ago and it has been very rewarding.💖💯
this year I wanted to really stick to my resolutions and do things that I could mantain and that I would be pround of doing and glad in the future. I'm trying hard to put myself first and not care what expectations others have of me, focus on myself in every level and it's been really hard but really rewarding.
