Question: I understand that you can record yourself and listen to the Affirmation that best suits you and what you aspire to attain. In doing that, when listening to our own voice do ones has to repeat as well in order to be effective or would that be like our subconscious mind hearing double. Idk if I'm forming this properly but I just want to know if I can listen to myself and not having to repeat it again in my head or out loud? And if I do repeats would that be a form of robotic? @@ebazileyes1475 yes, you can listen to multiple layered affirmations. This is called supercharged affirmations, you set the recordings at different pitches and layer them. You can set some to play only in the left ear or right ear. You can use robotic voices or your own voice, which ever you prefer. If you want to find a good example of these tracks, search Rockstar Affirmations 1 million a month on RU-vid. He puts out decent tracks.
Would you suggest just 1-2 affs for beginners and also do tenses matter at all in manifestation? Some say its just what u focus on over and over again So it doesnt matter if you are saying something is happening or something is gonna happen any minute.
Yes, 1-2 affirmations. Stay in the present tense “I Am” - root chakra. Or, you can use the “I always”. Implying it has always been this way and your affirmation was always true. Once you start building a habit, you can start experimenting.
If I think I’ll affirm and I have to keep persisting i am gonna get it, is that pushing away my manifestation, do i always have to think OH I GOT IT or is it okay if I have to catch a breathe and tell myself persist and we’re gonna get it?
That can put you in a desire loop, where you are just manifesting the desire. You can either choose to detach or persist, but you must always believe you “have” your manifestation. My most recent upload explains it more.
@@ebazileyes1475 you can use Theta, beta or delta waves. Theta is the best to put you in a trance like state. You can find examples on RU-vid. Search theta wave tracks and download them. Alternatively, you can use pre recorded tracks found on RU-vid. But, it is best to use your own voice. It mimics your subconscious.
