@@sgthasbdoes she look like a one year old? Just because she doesn’t have it the last year doesn’t tell you anything. She’s a grown woman, how do you know she didn’t at one point of time. Give her the benefit of the doubt at least.
The fact that nobody talks about subliminal affirmations for perfect skin and beauty on Borlest speaks volumes about how people are missing out. Trust me on this-using subliminals can change your life. The power of the mind to heal and transform your skin is incredible when you tap into the right frequencies.
1. Have a plenty of water 2. Enough sleep 3. Silk pillowcase 4. Exercise and diet 5. Cleansing 6. Face massage 7. Moisturizer 8. Sunscreen(SPF-broadspectrum) Night care routine Cleansing Retonid Moisturizer
@@dr.robin_radhakrishnannot exactely, retinoid is the name for the vitamin A family, whoch includes: Retinol, Retinaldehyde, Adapelene, Retinoic acid (aka Tretnion) and isotretnion (Acutaine). Chose which ever is best for you!
Great video but I would change Face massage to Microneedling, like for real, as I got older I have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible (Never tried filles or Botox though), anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A, which is way better than retinol, (7 years straight), home devices and what not. However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for around 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 18 again, but definitely not 46 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist (Never had jowls though). People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin and instead just spending hundreds on creams, serums etc which will do so little if anything, I strongly suggest you to do some video about that, your audience will thank you.
+1 for kora beauticaIs. I've been doing microneedling since it started 12 or so years ago. Nobody believe I am 55. They all say I am in my 30's or early 40's. As you know, as we get old, our skin gets thinner therefore creating wrinkles. But the wounding kept my skin still thick and youthful. Your comment will help so many women to restore their skin..
This comment is not related to skin care or issues but…. I have been following your videos for quite a while. I cleared my PLAB exam and even landed a job in London. I wanted to let you know your videos have been a great help and a great guide too. And so I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you. ☺️
There are so many of these products which arent to be used during pregnancy. This video isnt made specifically for pregnant woman, so she didnt cover. Pregnant woman should research everything they use .
Finally came across a channel which is totally about real facts not about any brands promotion .. Really thankful for sharing these habits which can change any ones lifestyle to a good way.
thank you so much. self esteem is truly associated with acne. I have faced lot of backlash from relatives and friends. a big big thank you for validating product ingredients and routine ma'am.

I have been facing severe acne issue from ever since I was 18(now 25) and it continued, almost Destroyed my face with scars and open pores. But these are some products which has drastically improved my acne and scars 1. Cleansing atleast Twice a day 2. Sunscreen 3. Retinoids Trust me all you need in your life is these three products.
This brand is really awesome, I was also facing similar issues, Effaclar due duo and facewash worked for me. For me, only issue with this brand , it is not avaliable in India. In Europe it is cheap and easily avaliable . I hope they will launch their product in India As well.
I am so happy with Dermalmd Acne Serum. It has helped me get rid of my acne and improve my confidence. I use it twice a day, morning and night, after cleansing my face. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any residue. It also smells nice and feels refreshing on my skin. It is worth every penny.
Cerave cleanser , aha serum in the morning and niacinamide serum in the evening , (ordinary) neutrogena moisturizer and Estelin sunscreen 50++ spf my routine 😊
You were extremely clear & to the point just loved all your recommendations & the whole video was very informative❤ where in this world today there are hundreds & hundreds of products out there in the market & you get very confused what products to select & buy for your skin this video has been a great resource of a perfect selection I’ve been using most of the products from your video already but would love to buy the retinols now which was very helpful from your side lots of love to you❤ keep on doing the hard work worth watching your video & yea it was my first time but I’m hitting the subscribe button just for you being so honest & clear not for the sake of promotions & the paid videos ❤ One more amazing thing you’ve said that the skincare products shouldn’t be costing us more then 20-30 pounds & shouldn’t be burning off all our money ❤❤❤ loved your video totally worth it watching it 🤍
Thank you so much for a very informative and interesting explanation. I recently came across skin care and realized I'd been playing with my skin all my life😢...so I'm being more intentional now about caring for my skin☺️. I've tried out a few products and I'm enjoying learning about my skin's likes and dislikes. I've been researching some products before purchasing them, and I'm glad to see the in-depth explanation you gave. Great work!!!
I use this same cleanser by cera ve it’s saved my life! I’ve tried almost every cleanser available from medicated to drugstore to high end but nothing helped my acne.! Only Cerave did!
My face was flawless, I never had acne even during my teenage years but I had very bad acne at 28 years of age. It lasted for 2 years and ruined my face completely. My looks so bad it has so many scars and dark spots. It breaks my heart everyday I see my face. I tried so many things but couldn’t get rid of this acne. I feel so useless because of my face 😢
Hey Monisha! Very informative video :) Have you ever put your hands on Paula's choice products? I have been using them for a couple years now and they work wonders!
I completely understand. Sometimes change in environment, water, food and just our body coping with the stress of settling into a new country can have an impact on our skin, hair and body. xx
Hey doc what's your take on Neutrogena dry touch sunblock? Have you used it? Also literally no moisturiser on earth suits my face so my face ends up getting super dry during winters. I'll give cerave a try hope it won't gimme a bad reaction or make my face feel "heavier" 🤞
Mam please recommend the products which is from India, that's give me so much help, because from last year I found that I'm Pcos patient so now my skin is becoming acne prone from last some 3months, I've no idea which products are good for my skin (I've combination skin) so if you provide some indian products that's give me so much help, thank you🙏
Hi, this video has lots of good information, thanks so much. I also love Cerave products. But, what about "The Ordinary" brand? Don't you think that's also a good brand?
Thank you, Dr you saved my life. Also, i Have the same skin type as yours so i am going to edit this comment 3 months later. because have all the things you recommended available near me. today its 1/11/2024 will update you on 4/11/2024.
Do you mind sharing what you use to remove makeup? I feel like many people forget to / skip mentioning their makeup remover, and that is also such an important component of skincare and a huge acne contributer if it isn't the right one for your skin.
Have been trying all of this and even more for over 10 years but I cannot change my skin type. Its time we normalise acne and accept different skin types.
I don’t think the efficlar duo is meant to be used as a moisturizer because there are actives in there, no??? I think cerave is better as a moisturizer everyday because no actives. Actives can really be stripping so I don’t think some people would be able to tolerate it.
CeraVe has released a moisturizing cream with LSF 50. Would you recommend it as a day cream or is it better to get two products, the cream and the sunscreen separately? As for the night time routine, do use the moisturizer before or after Retinol? And do you leave it in your skin till next day? Thank you in advance.
Thanks a lot for the information. Would mind telling me, please? are these products available in India or any other products that we get from India for our skincare?
Dude she literally has mentioned all the time stamps in description if you’re too busy to watch the whole video open your eyes and use them rather blaming her
Hello monisha, Whatever product you have recommended are really good but for india, if we ordered them from Amazon, they are quite on higher price range, can you recommend any products for skin care available easily in india at a easy price range..
I've spent and continue to spend SO much money on korean products....It's so overwhelming, alot of the time most products do the same thing.I was wondering if you could make a similar video regarding K/Asian products that's affordable. PLEASE....
@@NiTROGAMING145 Isn't she being intentional in dressing up to show that cleavage hint? I think she is trying to build up her subscriber count, and as we all know cleavage and such go a long way for that goal!
Wow, such a useful video!! I like BLACK PEARL creams, great effect, although they can be hard to find. I personally get them from Dead sea shop, where the discounts are nice.
It took me 2 years to clear out my type 2 acne, even if I followed all the steps mentioned in this video! Also, Korean skin care is worth the hype, I must say. After several trials and errors, I found some really good quality skin care products that made my skin smooth and acne free.
Hi Doctor, Your video is really good im suffering this acne rosacea and it’s worse I already been to dermatologist and she prescribed me cerave face wash so im so sensitive face skin . I look it in online to get that face wash but there’s a lot of variety they don’t have all skin type? Do you have any recommendations ? Thank you
Wow I had been freaking out about skincare because, as you said, there are so many products, it just overwhelms you. I'm so grateful to you for putting together all this information for us. One more question though: Do apply any sheet masks/clay masks occasionally? Do you exfoliate? And if yes what products would you recommend. Also do you shave your face?
@drmonishamishra thank you so much for this in depth video. I am going through cystic hormonal acne from past 4 months. I would like to try the la roche posay retinol in my routine after seeing this video i use cera ve retinol currently. I have a question about exfoliation. Which brand would you recommend for exfoliation in night time routine for acne prone skin? I see you use la roche posay effacular as moisturizer in morning. Can you recommend an effective product for exfoliation and frequency of using it.
Am from INDIA....My age is 30 with acne prone skin(with zits, lot of small white heads and black heads). I tried lot of cleansers with salicylic and many types of moisterzer, but nothing worked. Now my skin started to look so many scars coz of acne. Can you suggest me some good product that suits Indian skin.
I never have pimples but not I’m almost 40 I’m getting pimples 😢. I don’t know why 😢. I eat healthy i do exercise but my sleep is only 6 hours or less. I do my morning routine and evening routine.
I'm having post hyperpigmentation due to chemical peel on my whole neck. Its looks too dark my whole neck. So, can you tell me that how do i get rid of this?
@drmonishamishra Thanks for being here with ur professional experience and insights. One thing that I would like to hear from you is if you can research and suggest serum and moisturiser products for the Indian Market..the scorching summer and skin damage due to continuous exposure to pollution and other factors are well-known factors all around in the country. So please pour some insights if u can for products good with results for Indian Market..
Just putting it out there-subliminal affirmations for perfect skin and beauty on Borlest work wonders. If you’ve never tried it, now’s the time. You’ll be amazed at the difference!
