Awwww to be young and beautiful🙈 you are a goddess!!🥰. Your body is bodying!! Its really good to have children in your 20s, its makes a huge difference and of course genetic helps too. I used to lose weight easily in my 20s...then 30s things started to change slowly....its like your body start to fight against you when you get older and all the hormones start to act up. Being a woman is not easy😅.

Congratulations again Annette, Slavi and Marcello on Miguel’s arrival🎉🎉🎉. Your body is fine 3weeks postpartum- give yourself time to heal. You will lose it naturally as you have a slender frame. I was the same, I snapped back quickly too, lost all my baby weight very quickly and naturally. Regarding the bonding with Marcelo get him involved in doing things with you and the baby eg getting the wipes and nappies to change Miguel. He can also hold him for a brief moment too under supervision. Older kids can get jealous with a baby around so be mindful of that. Lovely to see you all at home and Miguel is getting bigger already 💙Can’t wait to meet him🎉
I would say Ladies after giving birth just love yourselves. Even if you do not 'snap' back, put in mine that you carried a Baby for 9 months and ut will take your body time to 'snap' back. Annette looks great only after 3 weeks PP but also keep in mind that that is GENETIC. Some women get back quickly to their Pre Pregnancy body an others take time, GENES!!!!! Annette, your son will see him as his baby. Most older siblings as your son age tend to believe that the new baby is their baby too. You tell your older son this is your baby brother so he thinks the baby is his as well. He will know in time that this is mammy's baby and not his so you don't have to tell him that it's mammy's baby. His learning is in the process.

Stomach after birth not fat it's the uterus still swollen and take 6 weeks to shrink down. And breast will be heavier because of breast milk. Pregnancy cases extra weight in lower body to support the baby when pregnant and will shrink in time. It's mostly water too. So her hips look bigger than before but will shrink a bit after 6 weeks or 8 weeks. But waist trainer will not make the uterus shrink faster. It's the uterus not fat.
