As someone who is born and raised in Florida watching you guys all freak out about something that is very normal here was very funny. And yes going from a down pour to sunshine in 10 minutes is also very normal.
Yep! I lived in FL for 10 years after being born and raised in Boston MA. Huge change but you’re right. Huge storm or downpour for 10-15 and then alll the sunshine 😂
i’ve been to both disney world and land, and you really can’t beat disney world. Land is do-able in 2 days, while world can entertain you for a whole week!
I have been to Disneyland before California adventure was Built. I have to experience it eventually. Grown up going to disney world in Florida. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Hoping for trip for my 40th birthday in 2025
@@ArmandoPR-cy5upI live here have for 10 years. Between the months of June-October ish. Yes it is. More heat means more evaporation. Meaning more rain. We have daily 3 pm showers. I literally have timers set on my phone to bring my plants in.
Not me literally know all the rides by heart now that I have been there 7 times in the past 2 years and finally seeing others enjoy all the rides as much as me
I cant stop laughing at the kids on minute 8:16! lol So cute! They're such troopers for you, they go from Smile and Pose to instantly off and over it, hahaha! Such little Photo Pros!
Typical afternoon Florida weather. But....do be careful with lightning. My brother was struck by lightning while walking out of a door onto a porch and survived, but it wasn't pretty. Just have great respect for it, get INSIDE and be careful, you can be struck when storms are miles away.
When I lived in Florida and now live in Alabama both weather is weird to me coming from Southern California we didn’t get rain often enough out there it’s different kinda of hot it’s feels hot out here then Southern California
It’s been so fun watching your videos at Disney World. 🎉🎉🎉 ~Thank you so much for sharing. It looks like you all had a Grand time!😃 Oh! If you hear thunder and count 5 seconds until the lightening, then it’s a mile away. Have a safe trip home. So enjoyed it all!💜😀💕
I just left Florida and the humidity was out of Control... I got sever ☀️ Sun Burn and it Stormed the first Day we got there and then one Time at night and the Rip Current was really bad yesterday all Due to the Hurricane..
When it is raining at Disney World in Florida people come a go on the rides that is why people are so clam during the thunder because Disney World would not be busy(ps I would recommend going to Disney when it is raining because it is not busy and rides have a short wait for some rides)
Thunderstorms are an everyday thing here in Florida. You get used to it. Your boys almost had the calculations correct except after you count how many seconds in between the Lightning flash and the Thunder you divide that number by 5 to get the distance the lightning is away from you. Ex. Lightning flashes then you count a true 1 (spell instead of count to be most accurate)M-i-s-s-i-s-s-p-p-i... 2 M-i-s-s...all the way to 10 M.i.s.s.i.s.s.i.p.p.i. THEN divide the 10 (seconds) by 5 and you get 2 Miles away. Here in Florida a lot of times lightning strikes people who arent even around the storm. It can be full in SUNNY no sign of a storm but somewhere 6 to 10 miles away its storming and lighting can travel and strike.
Can't wait to see the new vlog and hope you guys have a great Sunday afternoon and evening with the kids and hope you guys and the kids are safe from the storm and hope you guys and the kids had a wonderful 4th of July. By the way hope everyone has a safe flight from Florida to California.
Jess, this is off topic, but have you ever thought of taking Addie to American Girl doll store? I’ll bet that she would love it, and she’s the perfect age. You’re my favorite vlogger. Your family is so special. 💕
Hello, Jessica! I have the "Tron" movies, the one from 1982 and the other one from 2010. Jeff Bridges starred in those movies. "Moana 2" will be released to the movie theaters this Thanksgiving Eve. I've seen "Frozen" and "Frozen 2" before. I love parades. The Disney World Easter parades were televised from 1985 to 1999. The Disney Christmas Day parades have been televised since 1983. Disney World is in the Lightning Alley, which is commonly central Florida. It's important to understand lightning safety.
Omg I missed you by a couple weeks! I went to disney for both of my kids birthdays (June 7th and June 28) we went June 21st and 22nd. I've been following you for a while , you've inspired me a lot . Also so jelly you got to ride the wrong ride cause I'm 9 months pregnant and can't ride anything right now! Also yes florida is terribly hot and this summer has been TERRIBLE. It was so hard being there with 3 kids and 7 months pregnant. You gotta try to go during the cooler months for sure. Later September to November
It’s true Why does your hair stand on end in a thunderstorm? Any thunderstorm cloud can bring electrical charges with it, which is how lightning forms. Collisions between water droplets, ice crystals and hail create static charges. When lightning is about to strike near you, the electrically charged atmosphere can cause your hair to stand up
When I was in Disney world I tried tron and me and my mom were next and then they said hold on and we were so exited but then the fire alarm went off and we had to leave and go in one more ride and go back to the hotel because it was 10:45
About the sunscreen...there is some stuff called heliocare advanced. It's a pill you take that and use sunscreen and it helps keep you from getting burnt. It's pricey but worth it.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I HEAR THE LAST SONG OF THE VIDEO YOUNG CHRIS CORAL I SOB SO SO HARD I LOVE ALL THE MEMORIES SHE IS MAKING WITH HER KIDS IM MAKING SOME VIDEOS AND IM GONNA ADD THAT SONG TOO THANK U JESS FOR SHOWING US THAT INSPIRATIONAL SONG!!!!
Pop century is a great hotel It's absolutely awesome because it's got the skyliner right there. Are you really fitting all seven of you in that one room? I am one of those who could bathe for a solid week non-stop in sunscreen stand out for about 20-25 minutes in the sun and I am a cook lobster!! It's interesting how that troncoaster took them 7 years to build whereas universals epic universe is going to be completed in less than five 😳 I love how Landon's hair is now starting to look like Medusa 🥰🤣🤣😎 I feel bad for you guys not being able to see that figment ride from when it was original! Figment was my favorite as a kid! They destroyed the ride they brought the ride back They destroyed it again and they don't have the professor walking around with figment anymore 😞 Glad to see that that (world of water) seems to be working now As far as Tron goes I have never heard anyone really be extremely excited about that ride. Pouring rain 10 minutes ago and now it's not Yeah, that's kind of how Florida does it. As far as lightning goes it's I believe a 10 to 15 mi radius and all amusement parks shut down outdoor rides due to lightning within that radius. Hair standing up means that you are standing in an area that is already supercharged and ready to strike it a moment's no notice! Do these kids not have thunder and lightning in California? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😎😎😎😎 My brother and I traveled down to Florida for a couple of weeks every winter usually in late February early March and yeah when it starts raining and thunder and lightning people are still just walking around. If you happen to be at Disney and there's thunder and lightning all you have to do is go into any of the rides any of the shows or restaurants or even restrooms as those are redundantly protected by (grounding)
You have to be careful about the hair standing up. Lots of stories where they are in an open area and they were the tallest thing so they ended up being struck. Moral of the story if you’re not surrounded by tall objects and your hair super stands up get down asap. 😅
