I am a student of YSS for 31 years. I have experienced immense happiness, joy and fulfilment. YSS lessons are a perfect recipe for life. No school teaches us how to live a perfect life of peace and joy, but YSS lessons do it in a systematic manner. It is the HARVAD of spiritual schools. Only the most blessed can get this path.

There is nothing that can compare to the Energization Exercises. I have been transformed so much in all these years. And Gurudeva is a living Guru…He makes me feel a pampered child of the universe ❤

Hong-Sau is the baby Kriya. Guruji has said - diligent practice of even mere Hong-sau will lead you to enlightenment ❤ We are blessed that Guruji has brought us back to the path, lifetimes after lifetimes.
I have found the 3 main techniques(hong sau, om and kriya) extremely rewarding and also enjoyable, meditation has become as fun as watching tv but there are benefits from it. Highly reccomend srf you can get all the teachings for a very affordable price (around $100 usd as they are mainly supported by optional donations), which is also a further sign of their integrity, they want to spread the teachings they're not worried about money besides just being self supporting.

Wonderful, inspired by you I did register for YSS Tow Years back, but haven't been able to practice or do intense meditation buy Lately there is a intense call within to visit the center. I hope I will be more regular and develop in my Spritual growth. Hare Krishna Radhey Radhey 🙏
There are lot of different paths to same destination. Whether you choose Sadhguru Isha practices or YSS, as long as you stick to one, you will be good. In fact lot of Isha volunteers I know read lot of Kriya yoga and about other yogis and have lot of respect and devotion for other schools and masters.
I have been going to Ranchi Ashram of YSS since childhood Have you ever been there ? If not then definitely go there once in your life I consider myself lucky that I have been associated with YSS since my childhood because of my parents
I am also a student of YSS. I joined in 2019. I have experienced immence joy, peace, energy, connect with nature and god within just 3 months of practice. But gradually and unfortunately along with the positives I also started experiencing a strange health issues in stomach. More i sit for meditation, more increased my problem. I had to stop the practice which had given me temporary relief from stomach problems. And i could not practice since then. I approached YSS, they were not able to help me, i approached several doctors since then but sadly all failed to solve my problem. I am craving to meditate and practice YSS lessons but I can't do it unfortunately. Everyday I pray to all YSS gurus to guide me, help me come out of the trouble so that i can start the practice again. Hoping that some day guruji will help me reach right doctor where i can be cured and some day i will be able to resume my meditation practices again.
@@arunaayyadurai4199 Gurudev will guide you is baseless to say. I had to stop the practice unwillingly. It's been 4 years but gurudev haven't guided yet. However thanks for your encouragement. I also have a deep desire to practice but I can't. I start getting extreme problems within just few minutes of sitting.
Visit Sri Rudra hospital in Kerala. I was helped by Ayurveda Dr there. He is amazing. No promotion here just humble help. Then you can start practise. Don't stop your practise.

Yss non profit org. Kriya yoga is a very true and right, fast path for enlightenment if you do meditation regularly and follow srisri paramhansa yogananda teaching. You should have Faith on gurudev 🙏🙏

Sri M himself has taught the Hong Sau technique and also Kriya yoga initiation . He’s much much more qualify to initiate anyone into kriya yoga as he learnt it from maheshwarnath babaji who was a direct disciple of Sri Guru babaji who also known as Mahavatar babaji by yes.
