Vibration might be pinion angle from dshaft on tcase.. slip yoke eliminator kit

Cut the front bumper like you said. It will not compromise any rigidity. I've done it to mine its all good. Also cut and fold the rear quarters at the body line like you did the front. Follow that line into the rear door also. Ive also done mine it work's great. Its a bit more work than the front but look at it and you'll figure it out. I know this videos old but hope it helps. Alright. We have straight up have identical jeeps. Right down to the sun fade on the hood and right before the sunroof. Only difference is mine is a 4.0l on bfg all terrains. Lol
