Depends on what state. But yeah the exhaust is legal for the state. It has high flow cats,which surprisingly didn’t tone the sound down much at all,the xpipe really muffled down the idle noise. Before that it was like an alcohol dragster sound. I wanna take the x back out and just return to true duals again I think it sounded better and was louder. I couldn’t tell any gains whatsoever from the xpipe.
