And getting rid of the makeup applicator things like the foundation stick and the concealer. Theyre convenient but they have bacteria on them and reusing the same thing everyday can make it worse

coffee has no proven effect on skin, just go for a well balanced diet with plenty of fruits and veggies! No need to cut out coffee, 1 cup a day is perfectly fine!

She will never get them. We've been suggesting them for years, so that she can protect her natural hair, but that girl is damn hard headed and thinks everyone is hating on her. So don't waste your breath. She's almost 24 and she still acts like she's a teenager

Teala, I’m pretty sure your skin is reacting to sugary drinks. I had the same problem, and by switching to just water, plain tea and coffee, and no sugar added smoothies my skin is really clear. Your skin reacts to what you put inside of your body. Stop drinking the drinks and drink water and your skin will go back to being clear like it was before

No coffee. Less sugar. No makeup. Lots of water. 6-8 hours of sleep. Fruits and vegetables. Wash the oil off your face often. Change your pillows/sheets bi-weekly. Teala all of those things should reduce your acne tremendously✨

Just go to a dermatologist once all this is over. I tried everything under the sun to clear up my acne, and being put on accutane is the only thing that saved my skin.

Washing your face, then going to work out, then put makeup on top of sweat...all backwards. That can contribute to all the breakouts on your cheeks.

I really wanted to get into iced coffee but when I tell you it is one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tasted lol. And I tried it multiple times from different places because idk it’s just so cute. But I didn’t start drinking coffee at all until I was in college, it got really cold walking to class during the winter so I always stopped by Starbucks to get a hot caramel macchiato with almond milk and to this day that’s really the only coffee I’ll drink.

Try it half strength with caramel/hazelnut/vanilla syrup. Perhaps you’re not used to the coffee taste as it’s literally just coffee, milk & ice lmao. Coffee isn’t for everybody, don’t worry!!

Teala try to reduce your sugar intake. Yeah fruit is good for you but it does hold a lot of sugar along with coffee and creamer. That could be why your breaking out more than usual.
