Guys I am having first hand experience and I can assure you all if you take proper tax benefits then in hand can be minimum of 1.9 lacs. Also with proper declaration of investments before hand will only result in less tax deduction. This amount is apart from Home Loan standard deductions. Sir I would suggest you to declare proper 80C, also consider NPS. Also sir will be getting a corpus back from tax department once filed for Tax returns. He changed the tax regime on the last month. Which increased his overall tax due. So all the tax due was collected on March 2023. He was probably paying less tax in the old regime.
aarey aap IT return file kijiye...tax planning... refund hoga if eligible...march month me to final adjustment kr ke advance tax deduction hota h...so it will be more obviously...

So after this tax deduction his salary came out to be 1L 45k , but since he said more tax is taken at the end of the year . So about how much will the salary be on a regular basis? With normal tax deductions
Since his pre-tax salary is approx 2.5L/month. Then on an annual income of 30L, about 7L needs to be paid as taxes in new regime. (60k/month income tax)

Bhai payslip farji banai hai, 2 lakh k upr per month salary me only 30k basic impossible h, basic pay atleast 60k+ hota h itni salary me, dusra deductions me PF k alawa professional tax bhi katata h wo mention krna bhul gye, aur 2 lakh+ salary me 1800 pf? Impossible!! Sath hi 1 lakh+ income tax per month bhi impossible h. Ek Pilot itna murakh to kisi kimat pr nhi hoga ki wo basic deductions se apna 3-4 lakh taxable income na bcha paye. Ye banda sabko murakh bna r aur public ban bhi rahi h.
Bro you can do investment in LIC and House it will exception from ITax so you will get the refund of your advance paid ITax. And this 1 lakh actually on your yearly salary they have deducted right ?
