For RDLs, only go as low down as your hips can go back, so when your hips are as far back as possible go back up again, i think you are dropping the dumbbells too low and then arching your back, you only need to drop them enough that your hips are pushed back as far as possible, otherwise you're outside the range of motion
one suggestion for cleaning the mirror , just spray the mirror and then try to clean it with an absorbent tissue and you will definately see no more cloudiness

Pretend you're pushing a door closed with your butt, bend at hips, don't need to go much farther than your knee caps. Pretend you're 'touching' the dumbells to your body the whole way down and back up. Think about your glute muscles working for mind body connection, don't push your hips forward at the top, think about a booty clench/flex rather than a hip forward push movement at the top of the movement.
