I love the ocean salt! Yes, it is expensive but it did wonders for my skin! I break out a lot on my face between my eyebrows and my nose and since I used it I started to clear up a lot!! And , if any girls get those red bumps on their legs after they shave, the ocean salt scrub gets rid of them! The lady that works there told me and I tried it personally myself, and it did help a lot!
My favorite product right now (only been to LUSH once since its 2 hours away) is the R&B hair moisturizer, my hair is the softest and healthiest its been in almost 2 years thanks to lush. I also use the REHAB shampoo (i like it a lot) and The American Cream conditioner (very light, almost too light for my tangly hair but if i mix it with my regular conditioner its perfect).
The only shampoos I've used other than BIG, which you already mentioned, are Jason and the Argon Oils shampoo bar, which is that Rose Argon sent you like, and also Soak and Float, which smell hideous, but is works wonders if you have a dry scalp or dandruff.
My favourite product hands down is Sleepy Body lotion...it's unfortunate that it's a Xmas only one...it smells like Twilight and really calming and helps you sleep.
Alright. Thought of some things U should give a try to! For hair care, definitely try their dry shampoo. Best on the market. Also their solid shampoo Godiva is amazing and I love juicy, their regular shampoo. They have a fresh hair mask that I forget the name of that's also intensely wonderful. I. Am. Addicted to Lush BTW lol
If you like Ro's, you should try their new shampoo bar--Jason and the Argan Oil. It has that same rose jam scent, which I love! Also, the American Cream conditioner really complements it well!
"catastrophe cosmic" lol cosmetic** but after one use wrinkles/lines on my forehead decreased almost 50% if not more I recommend it a lot and also you should try the dry shampoo bars!
I just want to put out that Ro's Argan is the best thing ever made. It is my one of my favorite products from LUSH and i'm saluting you in my head lmao.
I adore the bubblegum lip scrub, so I tried the minty julip and I am so in love. Definitely pick that one out if you can. The only one I haven't tried is the popcorn scent which I'm sort of hesitant to pick up
you should def try it! ive tried all of them, popcorn one is my absolute favourite when it comes to the lush lip scrubs. its sweet AND salty. the combination is amazing and it isnt too intense like the bubblegum and mint one. im obsessed. :)
A lot of the products are a lot dearer in America than in the UK so to save some money you could try ordering some products from the UK website. I don't think shipping is too expensive either :)
You can get the larger size of the Ocean Salt for 20 bucks from the UK. A lot of stuff is a little cheaper from the UK. I do most of my lush shopping from the UK site.
I found with cupcake i had to use it every few days. Two full tubs of it later my outbreak had gone (my hormones have gone crazy recently and ive constantly got acne breakouts 25 and never had a spot in my life) i found this and grease lightning worked well
Blousy is my all time favourite shampoo from Lush. I feel like I don't even need to condition after using it. Big comes straight after Blousy in my favourites though.
If you like It's Raining Men, then you should try the Honey I Washed My Hair shampoo bar, it smells a lot like it and will leave your hair super soft! :)

Your eyes are so blue, you're real cute. Anyways. I was wondering if you had any ideas or opinions for lush products a guy could use. Namely, the deodorant powders and something for my face, I have dry skin.
I think the guv'ner would probably be the better of the two deodorant powders. The charcoal is absorbent the patchouli in it is an antiseptic/antibacterial and also a balances the natural oils so that's a great deodorant, if you need something a bit more heavy duty you can use aromaco and the guv'ner together. As for something for your face Lush has kalamazoo just came out awhile ago very cleansing but softening, and if you don't mind moisturizers cosmetic lad is good as well. Hope I helped and stop by the store the workers are usually always friendly and helpful!
Hi! I was a Lush employee this past holiday. Basically, we try to avoid putting a gender on our products. Obviously, bright pink bath product with pieces of flowers might be unappealing to most men, but everyone is an individual and if a guy likes something that smells like bubblegum and leaves his skin feeling smooth and supple, like the Creamy Candy bubble bar, then who are we to judge? It would be disingenuous to assume that just because a man walks into a store, we can only show him "masculine" products. We might end up avoiding something that could help him down the line. Yes, Lush does make a beard and face cleanser geared towards men called Kalamazoo. However, if you have dry skin, it may not be your best bet. It's packed with pineapple and citrus, which are cleansing, but also mattifying and generally more suited for oilier or just less dry skin types. It's a very softening skin cleanser but drier skin types should stay away from it - especially in the winter time. This is why it's in poor taste to gender every product we have; if you walked into the store and asked for a cleanser a guy could use, the Lush employee may just lead you to Kalamazoo without asking any more questions, and you'd be left with something that may not work for your skin. I'm a girl, and Kalamazoo is my go-to morning cleaner. I have very oily skin, and I'm prone to blackheads. It mattifies my skin and leaves it soft, so it's great for me just before applying makeup. A more suitable cleanser for dry skin would probably be Let the Good Times Roll. It has only nine ingrediants, all natural, so it's a very basic cleanser and it's a very easy one to start with. Smells beautiful, like kettle corn, but not extremely overpowering. It has a VERY gentle exfoliation to get rid of dead skin and buff up your face. It will cleanse your face while leaving you feeling smooth and soft. The oils from the corn in it are moisturizing and fatty, which is generally what drier skin needs. Cosmetic Lad is also geared towards men because it was made with aftershave in mind. Therefore, it is very soothing, with chamomile and aloe vera to help ease redness or soreness. It can also be used to style short hair! However, dry skin may want to try something like Celestial or Skin Drink. Neither of which are particularly "feminine," so if you're still concerned about floral or candy-like scents, you don't have to worry. Celestial has an almond oil and milk base, so it is very soothing and moisturizing. On top of that, it also has cocoa butter for extra moisture, but the vanilla water and dove orchid in it keep it fairly light, preventing it from being too greasy and allowing it to absorb into your skin more efficiently. The scent is VERY neutral and it's a creamy white color, so it's fairly inconspicuous. It's also fairly inexpensive and you can use it whenever you please. Wonderful if you've never really used moisturizers before and just want a good starting point. It is, to my recollection, the best-selling moisturizer there. Skin Drink is AMAZING for dry skin, but as it is a little bit heavy I generally suggest only using it at night. It has sesame oil in it, so there's a bit of a sesame-like scent and color but it's nothing too freaky. Packed with avocado, aloe vera, cocoa butter, and almond and neroli oils; this is the most moisturizing product in the lineup. It's thick and creamy but seeps into the skin quite nicely, albeit slowly (this helps the product's effects stay on and in your skin longer). It's really wonderful for eczema or sensitivity, as well. If you wish to use a toner, Eau Roma Water is wonderful for dry skin. It has roses in it and smells a little floral and pretty, so you may not like it, but it really helps to cleanse your skin of excess dirt and oils before you moisturize, without drying it out. For people who are not used to cleaning their face and just want something fairly simple to start out with, I generally recommend a toner+moisturizer duo, and suggest that when they are more comfortable with the routine, they come back to try a cleanser (which is used before toning). As for deodorants, can't really go wrong with T'Eo. It's in solid form so it's easy to use, and it's safe enough to be rubbed all over. It helps to absorb oil and combat bacteria, and has a strong, fresh smell due to lemongrass and tea tree. My brother in law plays hockey, and his gear tends to reak. He keeps a bar of this in his bag, and it leaves everything smelling fresh and clean when he hasn't washed his gear in weeks. Now, if you happen to have dry skin under your arms too, Aromaco and The Greeench may be better for you. The Greeench still has a strong scent so it does help to deoderize, but the rosemary and thyme oils will help to keep you from chafing. Aromaco is similar. It's solid, like T'Eo, but more creamy, so it won't feel too scratchy on dry skin. Your best bet is to walk into a store, tell an employee about your concerns, and ask them what would work best for you. Ask for samples if you need to! Anyway. I know I sound like a salesman but really, I just want to help. I hated it when guys came in and just grabbed whatever seemed the most "manly," when they clearly had skin issues that would only be worsened by the product they chose. Likewise, it was irritating when women avoided products like Kalamazoo or Cosmetic Lads or Icy Blue just because they seem like they're for guys. Everyone is different and putting an umbrella term of "manly" or "girly" on something just prevents it from being used by someone who may need it. I hoped I helped, at least a little!
