Hi Crystal! I know how you feel! When the trees are blooming, it really makes me sick! The only way, we can prevent it a little is wearing a mask when you go out side. Again, it still gets on yor hair and clothing! ❤❤
You are braver than me to use Benadryl. That product is very good for allergies but it will have you so drowsy you’ll be scraping the ground like a snake if you don’t watch out but good luck with your allergies cause I have those allergies to and congratulations on your new baby that you about to have.

Good morning Crystal, all the information that you just gave us was so so informative for pregnant women or just in general it was so so useful thank you so much for those of us who go through these problems and when we need that kind of relief quickly you let us know several ways to get relief and that’s a wonderful thing when you go through these sinus problems and you need relief as soon as possible because what mostly happens if you don’t get relieved, and the headaches come along with it, that makes it even worse so thank you for everything you just told us. I agree with the information for people who have allergies and sinuses because l know how it feels to have to breathe through your mouth and it's drying out. I work with kids and get congested from time to time and breathing in warm liquids or hot and spicy stuff helps the stuff drip out. But that doesn't give you a long relief like Crystal's recommendations.

I am glad you told me about that because my allergies are so bad l had my sinus drained l was your age, and now l am 67 they want me to get them drained again but it hurt so bad so l am going to get the nevage, l take decongestion but l am not pregnant and not going to get that way any more.
