Actually Pani Puri isn't that complicated . I'm pretty sure the store would've had the Pani masala which is basically just mixing the Masala in water and there u have your Pani and the Aloo mixture is pretty simple too

Pani puri is very easy to make. With all the spices made available. U can make it , u needed the paani puris ( round ones) , some boiled potato with some spices and onion n cilantro in it. N some spiced water , u needed chat masala , lemon or tamarind. That's all. Check out any paani Puri recipe in youtube.
