I think showing him both of BLACKPINK's debut music videos, 'Whistle' and 'Boombayah', will convince him to give them a Ten. He needs to know how AWESOME and AMAZING they were right out the gate (and they have always continued to improve, like true professionals should always strive to do). 'Boombayah' was destined to be a huge hit as a Club banger, EVERYBODY knew that. But the girls had to fight the company for YG to give 'Whistle' a music video. The members wanted to show how varied their vocal abilities are. The ladies had that and other solid points for their argument and obviously YG went ahead and filmed the MV. The company still was not sure about releasing it, until it started doing decent numbers. All that hard work paid off big-time! Anything but average girl group material! They did not seem like a brand-new debuting group; they seemed like experienced, seasoned professionals because they were capable of so many different things during performances and already had such great vocal control. They even proved themselves as 'tough girls' because they were able to change YG's mind so they could get that second MV! What other Third-Gen group members got away with arguing with their Execs? That was REAL Girl Power!
