You can see the capacity on the ebike display. You really repaired 300 of these batteries? What country are you in? The large original BMS takes loot of space, it might be damaged because of the stress of the swollen cells and what i can found out all other companies attempting to repair this this removes the LED function. And if you do this as a businness you do not want 10% of all your customers to come back under warranty and complain that the battery is not working because of a bad BMS so replacing the BMS when repairing a battery is always the better way to go since you can offer them long warranties and also hold them to that.

@@TheBatteryDoctor yes, in from Netherlands I havr company we repair ebike batterys. You can fix the battery and stay whit old bms inside. Also Protanium have another 2 models 24v and 36v long battery in frame. Leds They start flash when charging 2 + 2 +2 in till are full( all leds on)

@@bob-ny6kn i have 2hand bms from old batterys. Normal i test and save all old batterys. Also Bosch BMS .
