Wow, that was an amazing heart felt speech. I love the fact you kept saying 'yes, but I am here for my back, I AM HERE FOR MY BACK' I can just imagine the frustration and the conversation. I am sure you will do great things, maybe not on Broadway, but clearly a driven individual. Keep going and never give up /settle again 👍
I was in absolute agony every morning for years and having to crawl into the building site and fix ceramic tiles in cold damp conditions. I'd drive to work in tears some days. Luckily it eased during the day. I found core strength exercises and yoga stretches massively eased the morning pain and stiffness. If I neglect my exercises it punishes me.
I am 15 m and i am worried i have this. I am a competitive swimmer and whenever i rest after exercise my back is in agony, zero flexibility, just stiffness. I have joint pain in my knees as well as pain in my left heel. I have noticed it more over the last month and it seems to be affecting me more. Should i get this checked out? Or will they not find anything?
