If Venture has reactive airway disease (I can’t remember if that’s the diagnosis) just use caution with essential oils as they can sometimes trigger RAD.

Hi Zoe I have been watching the vanclan since wilder was a baby love your vlogs the kids are so cute! I'm using my mom's email to write this, I wanted to give you a tip hopefully it's helpful to you. I have a nephew that's about to be 5 yrs old in a few days, he was born with a lung issue and also a weak immune system and he would get sick easily just like your kids. He has had covid twice, the second time he got it severely his lungs were tired and he had to be rushed to a pediatrician, during that time his mother notified the pediatrician about him constantly getting sick and that's when the pediatrician said my nephew was born with a weak immune system and it needs to be strengthen and that you should never give your child the multivitamin gummies that has the sugar on the top because those one's are weak they don't strengthen the immune system fast enough he said to give kids multivitamins that contain D3 and other types of vitamin C that has atleast about a 1,000 IU in it he also said that the medoxx brand multivitamin with the giraffe is a really good multivitamin for kids he said to give them atleast up to 3 month worth at the beginning of the year take a pause and by the ending of the year like in November and December to give them it for 3 months and that will make them not being able to get the common cold or flu easily when they go around anyone that's sick and also be sure to give them a lot of orange to eat and salmon fish. Also for adults salmon fish and codd liver oil is a good source of fish oil, fish oil also helps to build the immune system, seven seas fish oil gel caps or liquid can be taken for 3 months and strengths the immune system quickly, I hope this was helpful for you guys and that your kids get well soon ❤️

You gotta be careful with eucalyptus and the animals. It helps us to breathe but actually makes it harder for them to breathe. Please if you're going to use it make sure the windows are open there's tons of ventilation and the bathroom door stats closed and then clean the bathroom before letting the animals in at all. My mom used homeopathic remedies to treat myself and my sister when we were kids like arnica and ecinatia and eucalyptus and as an adult I can't use those remedies in my apartment because there's no way to ventilate it properly so the animals don't get any exposure

I truly mean this in no hateful way, but when my son was a baby I was told not to ever use vicks vapor rub on them until they are atleast two years old because it can be very dangerous for them. I would just Google it and read what all it says because I would hate to give any false information. I hope your babies feel better soon 💓 love watching your families videos!

If you use essential oils be careful because you have cats some cats can't be around certain essential oils they're too strong for them like peppermint and eucalyptus

The reason you're symptoms are worse at night and early morning has to do with your circadian rhythms and hormones. Your circadian rhythm manages your immune system. Cortisol and other hormones fluctuate. During the day your immune system is suppressed because more cortisol circulates through your blood stream which causes your white blood cells to be less active, so you feel better. At night your body creates less cortisol which causes your white blood cells to work on overdrive to fight off the infection and as a result it makes you feel like absolute crap! Poor baby, but it happens to everyone when they're sick...
