I am also an over thinker… lately i have developed habit of buying plants and taking care of them… its like they are my babies now…. Now all the time i think about issues related to my plant and new plants on my list to buy etc etc. This leaves me less time to overthink about my problems as my brain is occupied with plants care… Try this, i hope it works for you too
