Same situation right now Kunars. 2010 graduate ako, right after passing the board nag work na ako sa BPO, 10 yrs na ako dito sa BPO, pero lahat sinet aside ko din Kunars dahil may goal din ako at yun ay mag migrate sa UK kasama ang mag ama ko. Kkapasa ko lang sa OET and next week CBT ko na, after passing CBT, magresign na ako sa BPO and balik loob na ulit. Lumakas ang loob ko dahil sa vlog na to 😁 Salamat Kunars. Hi Nurse Even, naiiyak ako habang pinapanood tong video mo. Relate na relate ako sa experiences mo. Natakot din ako bumalik sa bedside noon. Nung nakabalik na ako sa bed side. Ang dami din situation na kinuwestyon ko sarili ko na tama ba na bumalik ako sa bed side. Pero lagi ko iniisip nun na part to ng process para making magaling na nurse ako. Kaya din ako bumalik sa bed side. Gusto ko yung pakiramdam na naging part ako sa paggaling ng patient at uuwi sila ng maayus. Napaka powerful pag sinasabi nila "Thank you, Nurse Ariel". Ngayun asa UK na din ako. Natupad na pangarap ko pero hindi pa din tumitigil ang learnings. Tuloy tuloy lang. Keep inspiring other nurses and even other people. Papicture pag nagkasalubong tau somewhere sa UK.

I can totally relate to this Nurse Even. Same story as yours. After graduating in 2008, BPO na agad ako. Nawalan na ako ng pag asa to take boards. I kinda lost my way but I focused on my goal. Then in 2019, finally took the Boards then I passed. Got a job as Company Nurse then applied sa hospital. Studying Deutsche now to fulfill my European dream. Naiyak po ko habang pina panood ko. 2009 board passer po ko. At napunta ko casino industry for 12 years as casino dealer . Next month po mag start na ko as nurse 1 sa isang kilalang public hospital.malaki sweldo sa casino pero pangarap ko po talaga maging nurse at mag work abroad as nurse . 😊

I'm an IT, pero nageenjoy ako sa mga vlogs mo kahit wala ako maintindihan na related sa nursing 😂 Once na may upload ka, mag stop muna ako sa work para manuod. I can relate to your story. I've graduated nursing in 2011 then I've pass my board exam in 2017. For 7 years I've work as a researcher about corals and fish. Actually natakot mag apply kasi feeling ko walang tatanggap sa akin kasi ang tagal ko nawala sa nursing field at wala din ako experience but this year 2020 I gather all the courage with the support of my love ones and decided to go back in nursing field and to pursue my dream to be a nurse. Di ko akalain matatanggap ako sa hospital. Yes, it's hard because you Need to relearn everything but it's okay I still enjoy even it's hard kasi pangarap ko ito eh.. Thank you nurse even for sharing your story! Thank you for giving hope and courage.

I love it nurse even,very inspiring!Relate na relate ako.I was also in BPO for almost 7 years and sa tagal ko,parang di na call ng customers gusto ko sagutin,calling ko for being a nurse na gusto ko sagutin sa mga huling taon ko sa bpo.It was really a major decision kasi start from scratch, adjust sa routine, sa sahod and right now, kahit challenging, it is really worth it. The satisfaction from helping your patients recover and get back to their lives, it is priceless at syempre looking forward sa masaganang buhay dahil sa pagiging nurse!Thank you for this reminder and motivation nurse even!

Namomotivate ako tlga ako sayo nurse even, i am 45yrs old, kasabay ko naggraduate last june 2019 ang aking panganay n anak, pero nauna lng sya n pumasa, hehe, pero susubok uli ako this coming may 30-31 magboard exam.Inabutan na ako ng delay ng exam dahil sa pandemic, pero feeling ko may reason si Lord sa akin bakit dinedelay nya exam ko , Tlagang gusto ko n mag UK khit na may kaba ako , at least now paunahin ko si anak haha pra may TIPS ba 😊, ang sarap magkwento pero mala MAALALA MO KAYA haha

Thank you Nurse Even :-) Worked as a home health after graduating (2012 din), then social service worker/clinic nurse ng church until 2016. Simula noon nag focus as a musician at isa sa mga gusto din magbalik-loob na may takot din dahil wala masyado background sa clinical setting, and what you shared really helps :-)

The struggle is real when I started working in NKTI, known as NKI then, and up to now, it's still very real to think that I'm on my 32nd year in this very stressful job. 2008 ako graduate then BPO for 5 yrs, nahihiya din ako magbalik loob, nun ngstart ako sa hospital I was very honest na nakalimutan ko na lahat. USRN na Po ako now. Almost 4 yrs na as nurse dito sa USA. True un goal mo tlaga, you should be willing to give up everything for it. Sobrang worth it na magbalik loob. Promise!

Yung tawang tawa ako lagi sa intro mo, tapos iyak, tawa watching the vlog. I'm thankful that you are divinely appointed for nurses like us who needed this. I am currently nagbabalik loob ngayong 2020, I got my license in 2008. Nagkaron din ng ibang work, though healthcare related, iba parin sa hospital setting. On point lahat ng sinabi mo, I was scared of harming someone because of my inadequate experience and knowledge, and nakakahiyang magtanong sa mga mas batang nurses kasi feeling ko they will judge me na mas matanda ako pero wala akong alam haha But, I knew what I wanted, so kahit kumikita sa previous job, I felt may kulang sakin and I knew what it was. Kaya eto nagbabalik nurse, its funny nagsisimula palang ako, but I immediately feel happy. Usually sa foreign nurse infuencers ko lang nakikita yun ganitong klase ng honesty (that we don't know everything), sa filipino healthcare field prng pagalingan kahit sa mga posts kaya pag hindi mo alam, it feels degrading, isa sa mga rason kaya nakakatakot bumalik (at least in my experience). Hi, i can totally relate. And skl fresh grd ako ng May 2019 and nagtake at nakapasa boards ng dec. then work na kaagad ng january. Grabe bilis ng phasing. I’m currently working here sa pinas and nasa med surg ob ward. Super toxic lalo na at covid. Pero because of this video thank you kasi na encourage lalo ako makamit yung goal ko. Ilang months palang ako pero this video gave me motivation to give my best. Syempre hindi naman maiiwasan talaga yung mapapa isip na lang sa sweldo and workload sa hospital.
