My BARNEY Merch Collection ! (The 2021 Barney Plush , Barney CDs and more!) | On Stage 

CANNOT wait for the VHS Collection! You are definitely an prime example of someone who wants to continue the Barney legacy and make it stronger, as well as bring a positive light to the franchise.

I have four Barney dolls in various degrees of "loved" status. My favorite one (Golden Bear of South Korea 1992) is very well-loved, his eyes are chipping, polyester fabric (which I consider "fur") is matted, teeth are flattened with no plastic left on them, there's a rip on his belly that's never been sewn but thankfully no stuffing has ever fallen out, most of his stuffing has gravitated towards his head and bottom so he's floppy and a bit top-heavy, but otherwise is a happy, well-loved Barney. My second is a Dakin with a gold thread embroidered Barney logo on his foot, eyes have retained most of the paint around the sides (eyelid and highlights), no tears or rips, even layering of stuffing (no floppiness or top-heaviness) and is the Barney I have that is the best quality. I have a golden bear hand puppet that's my most well-loved, left eye was broken off but Krazy glued back on (albeit crooked), fabric is heavily matted, stress lines are forming near his chest aiming towards the head (a sign that if played with harshly anymore his neck seam could rip and that some chest fabric has fallen out) and is the Barney I play with the least these days but is enjoying retirement with many years of being happily played with under his belt. The last I have is a Microsoft Actimates Barney. This one is very unique as it was created to interact with a child's TV (either through live feeds or on special Actimates feed VHS tapes) and PC. This Barney could be bought alongside a PC or TV pack, the first allowing the Barney to read a IR signal from an IR receiver included with the pack and allowed Actimates Barney to teach your child things from the various websites that worked with the PC pack. The TV Pack allows Actimates Barney to read encrypted signals found in special Actimates feeds from the child's local Public Broadcasting Station or Actimates-activated VHS tapes. These signals fed through an IR receiver on the tv to Actimates Barney's receiver to interact with the tape or episode it recognized to teach the child extra lessons and play with the child as the tape or episode ran. On his own, he was heavily interactive, having buttons on both hands, both feet, and a light sensor near his eyes. The light sensor allowed for "Peek-a-boo" to be played with Actimates Barney, while pressing the hand played a random game and pressing the foot had Barney sing. Barney's arms and head had points of articulation and robotics to move his arms up and down and his head left and right and took 6 AA Batteries.

Amazing collection!! I had many plush and animatronic Barney all of which are gone now. Except for 1 doll that I’ve had since I was probably 4. 20 years have passed and you can tell lol

16:00 - if my research is correct, Baby Bop actually was small in like the illustrated media around that time, she was in like books and cartoon images on toys like the playskool phone.

That's a really good collection of Barney merchandise. I had some Barney books that were published in the UK by Ladybird Books that my mum bought in a charity shop. Sadly I don't own them anymore.

Your Dakin 1990 byg doll is very unique, the body shape looks different from others!

I had that 'I Love You' Barney doll as a kid and it sang the "I Love You" song, but I think I got rid of it. You know, I wonder why the Barney creators never sold replicas of the Barney dolls from the show; I think that would be really cool because I've always wanted one. Great Barney stuff, by the way!

That first Barney figure you have there, even though the colors aren't the same, it reminds me of that outfit he wore in Barney's Talent Show and danced on stage in [a bit like Fred Astaire, I might add!] Like, the first shot from the trailer for that video of Barney dancing on the stage is so iconic to me, and that figurine really reminds me of it, even though that wasn't the toymakers' intention.

A really amazing collection on Barney and Friends merchandise that you had over the years and really nice on the CDs on Barney's favorites overall a really nice collection and it is pretty nice that we get another face reveal and also about the Barney plush in the year 2000 I say that it's good and all right at the same time and compare this to the 2021 version there are just identical.

16:40 I know a lot of ride ops like wearing pins to add a bit of color and individuality to there uniforms. The Ride crews at Cedar Point commission crew pins. Pin trading had been going down pre-COVID. The Spanish coaster enthusiast channels have pins and I might take a few with me to Spain like my Cedar Point one that everyone could get and you could sharpie the year of your first visit (a few people did 1870, the year the park opened). I have another one or two of those so if I loose it, I can just mark up the spare before I visit the park again
