It's worth running both the dishwasher & washing machine on an empty hot wash once a month. Put a dishwasher tablet in the washing machine whilst doing the cycle.

best way to keep the drains unclogged from fat is to pour hot water into them once in while. Just boil a pot of water up and pour it into the drain and it clears out all the fat.

Have a look for a swing grinding machine. These have a cup wheel and swings in a horizontal plane. The chuck plate is magnetic and these can sometimes be found in machinery dealers where they are not as popular as surface grinders which usually have a ready market. The beds come in various sizes according to need. Movement is usually by hand.

You should be able to get a drain cleaning nozzle for your pressure washer , we find drains stay clear much longer when they have been jetted out

I cannot believe it’s a year since Morgan arrived, another excellent blog Olly - loved the drain clearing, reminded me of a company I used during my working life, they had the following on the side of there tankers “We work better under pressure” 😂🤣 I wonder how many more wet days it will take before Morgan clears the area in front of the garage to get your rally car out? James would love your old little tractor and baler!!😊

It’s been a good day today it’s so varied at the moment Congratulations Morgan on working for Olly for 12months he’s. A star worker really settled in Arn’t drains a pain when there blocked especially sink drains Caustic Soda works well keep doing probably once a week put some down the drain And don’t about it being a random day we all get them feeling 96% today and Olly great video.

Terrific dialysis with no less than 3 nurses who have the sense to leave someone who is OK alone irrespective of BP! 120%. Weather a getting better sort of a day, starting dull but dry but good enough to wait out for transport home at 12:15. 7 yellow cars but 3 not from the usual loop that I didn't do. The BB is a Manga today! :)

Total genius using the Beed Blaster tyre inflator to clear the kitchen drains. Good job you got the right one though, if you had hit the toilet drain by mistake it could have been messy! Certainly saved water not having to jet it. 👍. And just for your Dad. 👌👌😉😉.

use liquids rather than powders in your dishwasher & washing machine. The powders don't dissolve & over time clog up the pipes
