I love your nursery videos but I live for these rare occasions when you show us your own collection! You should make more videos about your own plants! Things that are going good, things that are not, how you display them, repotting, anything!

This hot weather we’re having they don’t get wilted outside. I wish I had some more shaded area where I live. I’m on a hillside facing east sunny in the morning 😩. Growing milkweeds. Spent $50 at Blue Hill and &15 at Rosales on milkweed. Stressful feeding the catapillars inside the house. First monarch came out on Sunday and have 3 more cooning.Took them to the grandkids so they can see them turn to butterflies.

Yes, Begonias have some of the most beautiful foliage Patrick😌🤲💞I love your collection🥰I have one Begonia that has a tripple petal flower. It's hardy to excess water, so that's good. It's got Beautiful foliage too💖

My grandmother only grew begonias out in her Southern California patio. The Angel Wing family grew tall & massive and had to be cut back yearly. There was a fat ruffled spiral leaf one (not Escargot) 30 years old with huge curled stems and some leaves nearly dinner-plate size.

Yours are going crazy! I tried growing a Begonia luxurians indoors recently and it just dropped every single leaf until it was bare canes. I threw him outside under some shade and have been watering heavily and some leafs are starting to poke out now, I was very surprised with how hot it has been in southern California.

Nice! Those are beautiful! I don’t have a Begonia bipinnatifida but I would keep it in a nice well draining soil and give it some humidity! Let me know how it goes! I would love to add one to my collection!

how do you water them? i can't grow them outside very well in this houston heat and have them inside but after a couple of years they seem to fizzle out and i'm not sure if i'm over/under watering or over/under fertilizing....

I just use a hose twice a week to water them. I rarely fertilize mine! I’m wondering if it’s a light thing. They like brighter indirect light so outside in full shade is perfect. Do you keep them on a windowsill? If not I suggest trying an east facing one.
