Dude, I'm pretty new to astrophotography and most of what I have been learning has been from channels like astro backyard and nebula photos. While they have taught me much, I only recently stumbled upon this channel, and I have to say, your tutorials are absolutely amazing. I love how your videos focus more on actually teaching the full process from start to finish rather than just showing off your work. I know, thats a funny comment on a video that's literally just you showing off your work .😂 Keep the great content coming!
The Cygnus Region looks amazing. I'm new to astrophotography and recently got a good, very first stack of Andromeda. The Cygnus Region is next, gotta get up early in spring tho
Cracking images fella. I've been following you for a while and your tutorials are always helpful. Now if I could just get this Scottish weather to play ball, I might be able to capture some data with my new set up (Star Adventurer GTi and Asiair mini). All the best for 2023.
Excellent video Walt. Great way to end the year. I know how much you like Cyngus. Have you ever tried cepheus region? The Elephant trunk and Iris are there. Or Bode's and Cigar up above the big dipper? Lots of cool stuff all around up there. Not to mention Cassiopeia region too. Just some ideas for you to try sometime. Keep up the great work and Clear Skies!!!!!!!
Walt- your videos are awesome. Perfect mix of informative and entertaining. I am just starting out and have a Canon T5 and T3i at my disposal and am torn between dslr and an astrocam. My main concern is heat, humidity and noise. I live in a swamp, er, l mean central Florida, and wonder how you deal with/how much of a problem is the climate for you?
Excellent video Walt! You have come a long way in a short time. I have been following you from your first videos and always look forward to the next one. Thanks again for all your hard work it definitely shows in your videos.
This is so amazing!!! Congrats!!! Subscribed to your channel when it had 500 subs, so that I could follow you at the same pace... Now look at you!!! Happy for you and all your future successes. Happy New Year to you and all Astro lovers.
Another great video. Always a pleasure to watch. I'm finally taking the leap into ap. Thinking about giving my old 35mm film cameras a whirl. Have you ever used film for AP?
Hey Walt. Why would you rather get a stock camera instead of the modded one to your island trip? The risk of ruining it and the color balance for nature pics maybe? Happy holidays and thanks for your awesome content!
@@deltaastrophotography LOL. I was born in 77, and as a kid, I remember watching the black and white Godzilla movies on TV. Godzilla, The Incredible Hulk, westerns, etc. Good times.
Always an enjoyable watch, Walt. Have been meaning to ask for a while: Do you create the music for your videos? I've noted the equipment you have and have wondered if you do.
Loved it Walt! Im after the WitchesHead with a 65mm Quad, ASI 183 on EQ6 R Pro, Bortle Skies 6 so any recommendations for a filter to use ? Thanks! Simon
I’m tryna take a picture of the andromeda galaxy with my iPhone n a telescope but when I put the picture in deep sky stacker, the stacked image comes out all white n you can see the galaxy, n when I put it inna editin app it when I edit it doesn’t change. Any way I can fix this?
So Alnitak was blown out with a halo around it. To cover it up I used a Photoshop plugin called StarSpikes Pro by Pro Digital Software. So yeah I cheated a little.
