I had an ankle injury without realizing the extent of it, so I kept training and playing in matches but it turned out this had all increased the injury. Just got back off a long break from football and you’re videos have kept me inspired to keep going. Thanks for that mate; love your persistence and attitude. Stay strong on your path to greatness 💪🏻
ah that sounds annoying but pretty common. Glad you've realised it now! How's the injury now? worst thing is motivation sometimes comes when your actually unable to act on it straight away but just hold onto it man. Mann i had my 1st acl injury right leg with hamstrings graft and i am now 6 and half months post op... Can u like to make load absorption exercises or basic polymeric exercises for rehab.. I don't know from where to start i am just lifting weights till now but its going welll...
Glad to hear it is going well mate. I just picked up an ACL injury 6 weeks ago myself. It was not the worst it could have been, so I am thankful for it. It just is really annoying because it limits you a lot.
