@JustAlex thank God someone pointed those things out. I hate this "if you really wanted you'd do it anyway" kind of shit. It assumes everyone is the same in so many ways.
Brilliant man to create his own gym equipment on little to no budget. Seems to be very humble and grateful we all can learn from this. God bless you young man I truly wish you the best.
not going to lie, some of these don't even look "homemade", they look like they're actual expensive gym equipment, thats how well they're made, awesome job!
I am a westerner and i look at you with real admiration I am tired if condescension from where i live, it has to stop We do have a lot to learn from everywhere else Thank you for your share
I did the same thing years ago when I was stuck somewhere with no weights. Great job. Only advice I can give is some pieces aren't the right height for the guy in the video and could cause bad injuries and does not hit the muscle being aimed at.
I remember when I was 17 and started to workout.... Me and my best friend also build our own gym in his home because we still can't afford to go the gym that time.... This is one example of motivation... Thumbs up to you Bro...
Great job man really great job!!! I could never do this. The only suggestion I have is to raise the squat rack resting points. If you gotta go that low to get the bar it’s really bad for you.
Agreed 100% the gym is flat out badass all around....just as suggested...bring the squat rack hooks up to at least shoulder height. Dont wanna be bending down THAT low with 200+ lbs ...other than that man if i was in your neighborhood i training at this gym 😋
Bro I remember when I started I use concrete blocks to lift lol after a while I started working bought some cheap Walmart weights. Then after saving up I bought some good iron weights I still have them anyways good stuff bro
i wish i was this creative to make my own personal gym, eventhough that doesnt look like a great gym,u still get the same result when u go to the gym, respect to this man
If he can do all that for cheap and in flip flops at home, everyone who says they need the right clothes and money for a membership is just looking for an excuse.
I put my triceps press down, on with my dip station, and used the outside of the rack/unit for a weightrack. Welded pipe to hold the weights. Great gear man, keep up the good work.
