I’ve been running Malamar lead, Victini safe swap, and Shadow Metagross in back, to great success. This team may be an issue for me though, depending on how it plays out.

Xatu (feint attack, ominous wind, aerial ace), Bronzong (feint attack, payback, psyshock) and Shadow Metagross (bpunch, mmash, earthquake. When I'm not facing Malamar Cup this team is fun. Victini is a big problem also.

I tried to get earth power/shadow ball on my claydol. Huge mistake. The thing has like 8 moves.

i'am running galarian slowbro at the lead (just to hunt every leading gardevoir) , starmie (quick attack , thunder and hydro pump) as a closer with *2 SHIELDS I LEAVE FOR* destroys victini metagross claydol hypno lugia ... and my shadow gardevoir as a safe swap i'm having a fantastic 23-2 run so far and still no one is paying attention to my 2 shields starmie in the meta xD

I've been running reuniclus with hidden power ghost. Doesn't quite handle gardevoir but makes it manageable: normal you can grab a shield, shadow you can get low enough to farm down before they reach a charged move

Finally got rock tomb on claydol lol it took me long because I don't have a lot of charged TMs it's quite hard to play the pokemon without it Also got fed up of seeing fairies lol so used galaran slowbro & it's not too bad

I have been using another fairy with charm instead of gardevoir..it hardly makes a difference . Important points are :- 1) start with a charmer 2) dont attack v create first ,let opponent attack 3) claydol is a must Pokemon in this league which can easily defend against fire,rapidish,malamar and bronzong.... Note:- you gonna see only these Pokemons in this league so using shield wisely will be a game changer thing... In terms of spicy picks ,i dont see any Pokemon performing that great....

Hey Z, how is it possible to forget frustration? I know it must be on a community day or something but those are really rare above the year. Do you use Elite-Charge-TM or how is it possible that you have so much and brand new crypto mons with the right moveset?

You have to wait for a rocket event, and then you can TM it away with a regular Charge TM. There are usually a few rocket events per year, so if you catch something with good stats, it's worth holding onto for those events. I usually save one of everything for any league it may be viable in, because you never know when a move update makes something a worthwhile investment!

been having only positives so far with GRapidash - Gothy with charm as it has some more bulk and also the one and only claydoll only issues I've had were misaligned Gbros and sometimes snipes by other Rapidash players. Rapidash lead seems to have 83% win rate In the Meta of this meta 😂

I know “good game very well played” is something you just say at the end of games, but that first battle wasn’t very well played. No switches, no charge moves, just literally tap tap tap. So no, I have to say it was not “good game very well played.” Also, I know Claydol got a couple good matchups vs a Bronzong and a super meta Alolan Raichu, but come on, this video is really just a Shadow Gard showcase and no one wants to see that.
