It seems like an excellent trade looking at it quickly, however I note that the entry occurred in October of last year. Since your plan is to enter approximately at that level, in what you call "demand area", then in that case you would have a secondary entry at a correct level that worked in the past. I hope you have good results!

I love your videos however, as you know: just because the peso has performed a certain way around elections: 1.) doesn’t mean it will continue doing this in the future, 2.) you’re not accounting for the FED which is extremely influential on FX in general and there’s massive uncertainty regarding their next moves with US inflation at decades high levels. Just words of caution from a fellow trader who’s seen what seems to be everything now after seeing crude oil futures trade sub zero in April 2020. Thank you for your valuable comments. But I have to point out, nothing you said can be objectively analyzed. It's very subjective based on your perception. All my trades are based on rules, I trade what I see and not what I feel. That's what makes me successful in the market. I don't incorporate any of the he said she said in my analysis. All my trades are based on QUANTIFYABLE data that is back tested.

I think traders majority lacks this big picture approach, so they scalp like crazy instead of swing trading. Also marrying fundamentals and technicals is a great way to trade, I understand your logic. I'm curious about your execution with cfds. How will you scale into a big position with the huge leverage that cfds has to offer? Let's assume my entry levels short on the peso are 18.25, 17.50 and 17.35 to make a practical example.
Very good, now the question is where do you place your SL or how much DD you allow? Coz this can go several hundred pips into DD, the SL will be even more important than the entry. Swaps will be on your side which is good, but i would be curious to see how you workout your SL in this specific case?😉
Will be either based on the weekly chart or a Daily chart. I will know when the time comes. You should be able to time the market based on your set of rules.

I've noticed that the swap rate when going long usd / mexican peso CFD is very high, my broker charges 18.5% a year or 1,5% a month, am i getting ripped off? Or is the interest on the peso just very high? Have you considered this? Great video, a lot of value for sure :)

There are only 4 instances of this pattern in the past even though it has been 24 years, does this low sample size cause any problems any time U use seasonal patterns like these. I have been very cautious about including seasonality in my quant strategies because of the low sample size and hence high probability of being just random chance or statistical mirages. Is there an explanation why these seasonal patterns can be still statistically viable despite their low sample size. Thanks And once again, I appreciate Ur truly exceptional work. Not many traders infact only U and Iman are truly traders, just you have a lot of years and professionalism under your belt.
