In the top section I would say .35 In the kick 2db due to the fact of the information. Kick section is in the front yard landscaping company. So 3.5db in each room. = 158.6
I like how your build isn't the most expensive. Like I see these people who put $30-40k into their audio system and they boast about how loud it is. Like you spent 30k on it, It better be fucking loud or that's embarrassing. But then you have builds like this and that's what really impresses me. efficient, relatively cost effective, isn't ugly, and has a musical aspect to it and still pushing around 160
hey jacob, please dont take this the wrong way but stop apologizing and do what you want cuz this is your channel if they dont like it then its "see ya" and theyll still watch, serious man and good job your doing.
Need to either get a voltage knob or do the diode trick(if urs will) so u will charge higher. Whats the highest u can charge those cells. I charge @ 15.4v. Denso(brand x) 270a alt with gm voltage regulator and diode trick.
I’d love to see that!!! Quick pointer, if you don’t already know this already, find the cabin resonance,. If it’s in the low 40s, those Xv.3 subs will for sure do more, but if high, better off going with the U series. All depends on your enclosure and loading configuration too. Mine is sub back, port back. Perfect for the Subaru hatch design, vs firing both up. I’m -1 to -3db lower firing the sub and port any other way, -3db firing toward the seat.
162.7. Thanks for your videos bro. Keep up the drive my brother. You give me and more than likely many others motivation and helpful hints, goals, and as much info from each and every system you record. I actually live up north now. Originally from Hollywood Florida. And I would love to make videos kinda like yours, but up north of some of the few systems up this way. Just don't have the confidence or much knowledge of how to get everything going..but that's my problem. I just wanted to really say THABK YOU MY BRO. AMD HAPPY NEW YEAR.
161 score. Bro big fan, I am frm Fiji. U inspired me and I bought a audiopipe 15" bd4 2.8k. Very good sub and budget friendly. Amp is nakamichi mono 4.8k
@@JacobViral Awesome. I remember way back when we were still using that Audio Control one with the LED display, but it was subject to huge discrepancies if a certain knob was turned the wrong way. Thanks for the reply, and have a fantastic weekend!✌
You need a super cap Jacob, great build man, especially for what you've put into it cost wise. I've got about 3K in mine and its only half way set up....but I doubt itll do scores like that. Ive got a 2011 Jetta SE with 2 EVL 12's, hooked up to 2 SkV2-3500.1D Amps. Right now Ive got 220AH of AGM, a JS 240a Alt, and a UC-31 Supercap. Dual Runs of GP Audio 2/0 Wire. I plan on getting the 45aH Cell like you have, upgrade to 2 12" VXF subs, and build a 6cu box for them. Im hoping I will atleast hit 150dbwhen finished....Im so close already.
I’ve got a 14 se and I feel the trunk space is awful even for a sedan but I have one evl 12 and I was trying to get another one and the same amp as you but I wanted a bigger custom box do you have one or is yours pre fab because I don’t know how a big enough enclose for two will fit. I might just have to build a big box for the single
I haven’t no as that would defeat my purpose of why I use 3m tape as an easy way to be removed when needed but I wouldn’t see it as a problem to stick.
Definitely seems like those subs were a good choice! They are pretty violent. You shouldn't drop no more than 2dbs from the last set up at max in my opinion and that's a win brother.
@@JacobViral ok so it louder with the subs sharing the sealed box. Gave you tried putting them in there own sealed box plus it takes alot more wood bit I think itvwould be stronger.
It’s very cool and I love large setups but once you go but I Deff like to see how loud it can go without messing with the integrity of the car chassis wise. I have a huge amount of buddies who go to the Sundown shows and owns local shops. Like Ben Lienbach from Extraordinary Audio here in WS, NC. Rick with the Murderado, Jeff with the Locksmith van and Sam with the Kia Soul you posted a while back with the crazy port setup. Those are some of my good friends I just had Ben do all sundown, Eight 6.5” Sundowns on a 2k which will be a 5k soon as my Alt gets here. Also we’re waiting to slow down a lil to build the forth order Bandpass as I want as much as I can get trunk wise. 05 civic btw, maybe I’ll see ya at some upcoming shows. Score wise I say 157.8db.
I got the same amp on 4 skar 18s.i was looking to go taramps but researched the stetsom and learned they are the original brazilian amps..plus they had dual inputs while the taramps didnt.
I think I posted just under 159 db at the beginning of the video but after seeing that major ear flapping and shirt trick with both windows down am definitely thinking 160+ I'd say now at least a 160.5. Those lighter weight subs are very efficient! Fun to watch. I wonder if the subs were getting stinky after all that. I just wonder about longevity... 👍
I will say, I like you are sticking with your budget and getting the best with the budget amount. That’s what I did for my setup. Get the most out of the most efficient build design with what’s available.
